Room booked was "Superior Doppelzimmer" but we did not that room. We got one of the "studiozimmer" which was spacious enough but the bed had a night stand only on 1 side. And we had to ask for the 2nd room key (we booked for 2 people).
The location of the hotel and the parking make this hotel more convenient for us. The center is an easy walk of a few minutes and it's usually very quiet.
Note: No AC and No mini fridge.

A hotel close to the city center.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are big, as well as the bathroom, however the shower can be a bit cramped up.

Great central location. Gives the vibe of a Mom and Pop operation. No A/C, but the rooms have fans. Priced well. Clean rooms. The only available parking space was underground and expensive. There are no laundry facilities, only the usual laundry services. I walked to a nearby laundromat. All good otherwise.

Ok hotel. Beds are far too small for two adults and mattasses too hard, pillows too small

Front desk staff is very friendly. Front desk will provide iron with ironing board per request. Rooms are very clean, there was complementary water and chocolate as a welcome gift.
Beds are VERY COMFORATBLE! double bed has a single mattress with 2 separate comforters.
Great location to old town and restaurants in Reutlingen.
Found many German restaurants serving traditional Swambian food, and shopping complex.
Parking is underground, with space, and plenty of it. Get out of elevator at EG level, and walk outside to enter the hotel.

I really like the way everything was being organised with the way the staff were so helpful in sorting out the needful things for the time well spent there. Very good location to the city centre and to all the shops. I will be coming there in the nearest future. I found a spot now for the first time in Reutlingen. I will surely recommend the place to my friends in England.

clean and comfortable. close to the market, easy to shop , underground parking is available but it's not free. And breakfast is good.

I have been staying in this hotel for over 20 years and the recent refurbishment has made a big difference to the rooms and the beds. I recommend this hotel for location and comfort and the lady who does the breakfast service is always happy to see you.
Only downside was after more than 20 years loyal custom I asked for the first time for a late checkout to 2pm as I had some phone meetings and a late flight home. Alas the hotel would not grant this request and it was not allowed which was disappointing.

A lovely hotel, with charming and helpful receptionists. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly ample, its not often that smoked salmon is available but there was a huge platter of the stuff on offer. Even better, fresh cups of coffee being brought to my table by a sweet lady served with a smile. And finally, the health centre had a spa, a pool, a steam room and a sauna.

The hotel interior is old. This hotel has not changed since the 90s. If you only speak English then you can forget the TV. The cable system does not get CNN or BBC so checking on the news does not work. The Internet is so slow you cannot even watch the news on you laptop or iPad. They also did not say the hotel is covered with scaffolding and workers start at 7am.

Hotel is outdated. It was built in the 80's and is due for an update to bring it into the modern world. Internet connection needs special codes and has to be a different coupon if you want to use your phone and another device. The decor is old. The TV's are very small 19".

My wife and I have stayed their many times as our son lives in the city and we prefer the comfort of the hotel rather than our sons rather cramped house. It is everything you could ask for - large, comfortable and clean rooms, a considerable choice of food and drink at breakfast and in a convenient position in the city.

The bed absolutely killed my back. The hotel itself is very ancient, the breakfast was terrible - and they charge you for it every morning even if you don't eat it. I didn't find the hotel to be that clean either. The staff barely speaks English so it does get to communicate - but that is really all of Ruetlingen.

We had a room on the front of the hotel which was nicely laid out and quite spacious. The downside was that it could be noisy in the early hours and, as it got the sun most of the day, it got uncomfortably warm. A big plus is the large spread of quality food available at breakfast - one of the best I've ever experienced abroad.
