Pool not open which was whole purpose of trip. Canceled reservation and found another property.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Felicia at the front desk was especially kind and super sweet to my daughter and her friend. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location of the hotel was in an area that we felt safe and comfortable in. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

The staff is what makes the difference at Marriott hotels. A nice building is fine but if the people aren't friendly & helpful, competent in their jobs it doesn't matter. I will always choose Marriott first in my travels.

The indoor pool was fun with attached wading pool with sprinkler and attached hot tub. Our six year old granddaughter loved it! Hat Creek Burger and Starbucks were across the parking lot.

Overall the stay was good. The hotel is nice and the rooms spacious. The only downfall was location as it wasn’t really around anything, but the drive wasn’t bad. Also housekeeping was knocking at our door at 9am asking when we were checking out (check out was at 12). we felt rushed.

The stay was great. The tv had netflix on it we just signed in with our account. I was just like being at home.

Did not get the room I booked. Was not told prior. Staff was rude and unapologetic. Was lied to about speaking to a manager. Was told he was in calls the few times I called. Then was told he never came in. Pull out couch was a twin on floor that when you laid on it you felt every spring and the floor under. Woke up with bug bites. There were barely any outlets. I booked a hotel for 5 people and recieved a room with 1 bed and 1 pull out couch that was actually just a twin bed that rolled out. And as stated above very uncomfortable. So unprofessional and rude. We had stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed, I would never go back or recommend.

This was an amazing hotel! The large fish tank in the lobby set the stage, our kids (and myself) loved it! The pool was the best one we had during our 2 week cross-country voyage! It had a hot tub, a kids area with a fountain and a waterfall into the larger pool. It was so good, that we swam even though we arrived after 8pm. We had to experience the pool even if it meant a late bedtime for the kids. I wish we could have arrived earlier to enjoy it longer. The breakfast was fantastic. Texas-shaped waffles were neat! Many options to choose from. The rooms were clean and the hotel was a nice hotel. I didn't particularly care for how many wood floors the 9 of us had to walk on coming out of the pool, mostly being self-conscious that we were dripping water all over the place. But they had caution wet-floor signs and no one gave us any stink-eye. I'd stay here again!

The hotel was so clean and the staff was super helpful when we checked in late at night. The hotel room was big enough for our family of 5 and so clean! The breakfast was easy to grab and go and had options for all of us! Would stay there again anytime!!

I wanted to express my displeasure with my current stay. My wife and I arrived March 12th and when we arrived to our room our toilet was not working. I immediately notified the front desk and his solution was for him to try to find a plunger and I had to go get it and fix the toilet myself. The plunger he gave me was garbage ( your maintenance guy said he was throwing it out) .The next morning it was fixed. During the night my wife and I had to use the washroom on the main floor several times which meant getting dressed each time to go to the washroom. Apparently there were no other rooms available.
When we arrived back at our room the next day there were no clean towels and the bed was not made. I later was told the rooms are not cleaned every day. News to me.

I’m so pissed off with management. I stayed at this hotel for one reason THE POOL! It was closed both days with no answer on when it would be available! It’s the Weekend why would you turn off or do maintenance on your busiest day! I want my refund. I had to hear my kids wine both day because pool wasn’t available. We bought shorts toys for the pool and to come and not have it available is unacceptable.

We chose this hotel primarily for the indoor pool. The pool wasn’t working and the staff didn’t seem to care that it couldn’t be used. The elevator button plate was duct taped to the wall, and painters tape was seen throughout the hotel holding things together. This hotel should be removed from your app.
