Right across the Sendai JR station, very convenient and it has everything around

Location is really good and very clean.

Staff is great. Checked out early from room and left our bags for later retrieval. Upon return staff advised me that I had left my iPad in the room. Thought I’d packed it and I would not have known until arriving in the next city. So grateful not to go through the hassle of retrieval. Thank you housekeeping and front desk staff for such remarkable service.

Love that it was across the street from the Sendai station. We were able to walk around the area and enjoy a lively Friday night on nearby streets. Loved the breakfast buffet.

Was a bit dated and not as nice as other hotels of this branch that I have used in the past. Bathroom/bath/shower was poor.

So close from JR Sendai Station!! Also, it was GREAT to have several restaurants and SevenEleven convenient store in the same building as the hotel😍 People at the desk were nice and helpful! The check-out can be done with the machine!! I will stay there again if I go to Sendai in the future 😃

I'm rating this hotel about a 4.5 out of 5, but keep in mind, I'm comparing this hotel to other similar hotels. I'm not comparing this hotel to a luxury resort. The hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Sendai just a 3 or 4 minute walk to the Sendai Station, and a nice convenience store is located in the same building. Parking is easy (about $10.00 a night, on-site). The hotel does not have a gym of course and the rooms are small with limited room for hanging clothes and putting away bags, but for a short business trip, this hotel is fine. Especially considering how affordable the hotel is. The hotel is very clean, modern, everything works, etc. I've stayed here several times in the past and will stay again.

The hotel was great. Beyond what I expected. Right in front of Sendai station. Very clean, excellent in every way, and for a great price! I will definitely try to stay there again.

The Daiwa Roynet Hotel Sendai appears to be a new hotel. It is in very good condition, very clean. The service is efficient and fast. The room is fine for a business hotel, and includes a small refrigerator and about four (4) hangars in small closet. The location is terrific, located very close to the main Sendai train station.

A serviceable and institutional feeling hotel. Inflexible about 2 pm checkin. Overall an impersonal setting.

At the ground floor of the hotel building, a nice ox-tongue restaurant Tsusaka is located. I had my first and last delicious meals there which were convenient. The place is pleasant and comfortable with alarm clock and lighting system at the bed head panel. Location is convenient, across the road from Sendai Station. There are elevator and escalator to go up to the station at this side of the station. On the walkway, the pleasant sweet osmanthus energizes all the pedestrians. Highly recommended.

First, I am comparing this hotel only to other "business" style hotels in Japan. I'm not comparing this hotel to a Shanri-La, Mandarin Oriental, etc. This hotel is clean, affordable, offers enough space in the room for a 2 or 3 night stay, and is located in a great location: 200 meters or less from Sendai Station. A convenience store is on the ground floor. Like all hotels of this type, there is no fitness center, pool, or any other amenity. Parking is reasonable: 1000 Yen/night. The only negative is check-in combines both human staff with a ticket machine...it seems unnecessarily complicated. I did not have breakfast in the hotel, so I can not comment about the food.

Was okay but over-priced comparing to other Daiwa Riynet.

The hotel was right behind Sendai station giving great access to all the transportation but not in the busy front of the station. The rooms were clean with all amenities. The elevator was secured to access by the room keys.

The room was in a moderate size and was very comfortable. The front desk service was very good, and the staff spoke good English. Delicious breakfast. Cannot find anything to complain!
