I do love staying at this hotel but for some reason my room this time smelt like smoke and it was a non smoking room. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff is friendly. I do recommend this hotel though.

Breakfast was excellent. Much better bacon than i usually find at hotel breakfasts.

Clean. They kept a crib for us ready. Pool was fun. BReakfast was good too

Upon arrival the top three floors are fully under construction like when I say that, it didn’t have windows!!!! No notice of this!!! Got there and fully sold old with baseball tournament, 15-16 year olds running all over the hotel until after we complained and after midnight!! We came back to our room to weed being smoked next room and was seeping into our room with kids that’s just terrible! They left garbage all over the hall ways. Also power completely went out entire hotel so no air, lights, breakfast which was one of the reasons we booked there! We got up at like 5am and had to wake kids to leave because of totally terrible stay!!!! I would like ALL MY MONEY BACK!!!! the place was expensive to begin with and all these things Please have someone contact me via email or phone 905-334-7910!!!! I expect a response so this doesn’t need to be put on social media!!!!

Customer service is great!

The room was out of date, old like the 70’s. Looked out the window and only seen another part of the building. They wanted $200.00 for a deposit and I already paid with Hotel.com and they are going to charge me an additional $279.00 for my room. I hope it gets corrected. No hotel in the area of this one is worth a $200.00 deposit!

Good overall. Hot in hallways and elevators. Only one elevator working the day we checked out.

The stay was very pleasant. It was clean and the service was great. The bed mattress in our room however would need changing. My husband and I kept on rolling toward each other. The breakfast was good. The pool was closed so that was disappointing.

Staff was outstanding. It appeared as though there we renovations happening which woke us up in the morning. We were waking up around that time, but something to note. Didn't know they were happening before we booked. The updated hotel is coming around - and the Continental breakfast was really great and appreciated. Woould stay again.

Nice property. Quiet neighborhood. Attentive staff. Clean rooms.

Lobby was very warm as the doors were left open. And the bathroom was a bit small. Front house staff were very polite and quick and efficient

A pleasant stay with kind and professional staff. Nice complementary breakfast with many hot and cold options at a hot temperature when appropriate. Well running, and clean property overall. Showing it's age a little with dents on furniture and walls, but shouldn't discourage anyone from staying here.

The room was clean but it needs an update - peeling paint and wallpaper in the bathroom. Need more towel racks in the bathroom. This hotel is used by workers, some of whom come into the breakfast area in very dirty clothes and leave mud through the common areas (lobby and elevator etc). Perhaps the hotel could provide disposable shoe covers for them to use? On a positive note, there is a dedicated gluten free toaster and GF bread and oatmeal which was appreciated.

Good room, a little loud (barking dogs so not much the building can do about that) nice clean room, a little older so no usb plugs at all, and no outlets in general beside the bed. Good time overall, lots of parking, everything 5 mins out from the building, great time!

Very convenient for our purposes going to Chatham, friendly, nice breakfast. Ourroom was clean and shoing age. Damage to the bathroom door and bathtub. In this day of computers and cell phones, insufficient electrical outlets.

The room was clean and comfortable. Service requesting more towels took merely minutes. Breakfast was very good and typical variety. Staff manning breakfast room very friendly. Only complaint would be it was a cold evening, and the gap in the casing along the length of the heater allowed cold air to pour in thru its thin gap. Had to use a towel to block it. Other than that, no complaints.

Comfortable bed. No microwave.

I liked that it had a pool for my daughter, I didn't like the disturbance at night time. Nothing was done about it nor was I compensated for it.

So few luggage carts we had to wait half an hour to get one. Looked like only two for whole hotel. Inadequate given long distance trips require a lot of luggage etc.

Really enjoy the morning breakfast, well prepared and the staff are always really pleasant to speak with!

Hotel was great value.
