Good cozy, no frills room. Small yet had amenities like fridge and microwave. Old and dingy but not dirty. Very affordable.

Value for your dollar given Kanab and access to the national parks. No fruit offered for the breakfast. The lighting in the room was a bit weak; could use stronger lighting in the rooms. Newly updated shower; the rooms are a bit dated.

I don’t know which place offers the breakfast from 7:30 AM. It seems a scam.

Property is very old and in need of a renovation. Never could find an ice machine. AC did blow cold once it got going. Everything just seemed like it was from the 90s. Average experience overall. It was nice that I could walk to a grocery store and a good burger place down the road.

AC unit was very loud and wouldn’t cool down. Breakfast was pretty much non existent. Not very clean either.

The room was clean and the staff helpful. As previous persons have commented, it could use a refurbishing, especially the carpet throughout. It looked like the bathroom had been refurbished recently but the carpet, HVAC, windows, etc. were way past end of life. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work, and the ice machine was out of order and looked like it had been for some time. All that having been said, the beds were neat and clean, which is the most important thing.

Reserved at the last minute as a stopover. Everything worked as expected from a property of its class. Good value. Kanab is a pleasant town, it is only about 30 min drive to the Zion national park. Not a bad idea to base in Kanab for visiting Zion if options in Springdale is limited. I would stay again.

Needs walls cleaned, or repainted, not dusted or cleaned around pictures or mirror frames. Needs new carpet and the entrance to rooms are not necessary. Needs to be renovated and updated. Price was good, breakfast was okay and front desk clerks have been wonderful. Thanks

Both rooms had ants in the bathroom but the area was clean.
Slight issue with room door not shutting properly due to a faulty lock plate.

Employees were pleasant. The room was clean but very dated. The AC window unit struggled to cool the room at night. The hallway carpet was clear of obvious debris but appeared worn and ground in dirty. Breakfast was the bare minimum, all bread/cereal/ waffles.

Bang for your Buck! Price is right, has everything you need like a fridge, tissues, breakfast; not amazing but great for the price! Would recommend for one night.

The breakfast was good. No proteins but plenty of other options. Muffins, waffles (and the mix was good), bread and spreads, oatmeal, hot chocolate, cereal, and a few other options. The hotel was clean but dated. The secondary lock on the door to our room was missing. We stuck our chair in front of the door at night. Hot water worked great and had excellent water pressure. The room was very small and the closet was in the bathroom. The TV was also small and in one corner of the room but there were plenty of channels. The AC worked great, though it didn’t get that hot outside (max was 80). We had others in our group staying at 3 other hotels in Kanab and out of the 4 this one ranked 3rd but was also the cheapest of the 4. Overall it was a decent stay and a great place to sleep and clean up. We'd stay here again.

The hotel is dated but the rooms were clean. The hallways had dark carpet as you walk to your room. Our bathroom had been updated. There was a little area off the bathroom for clothing and baggage to keep the room a bit more spacious. The location is good.

I liked the multiple hallway entrances. The free breakfast was a good start to the day, not too heavy. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and responsive to my questions and rooming needs. The mattress was near new and therefore not sunk in at the middle. The included fridge and microwave were appreciated. I would definitely stay there again.

Poor communication skills, they actually forced their way into my room while I was laying bed. Did not read or answer my question when I made the reservation. I will never stay there again!

Great location in the town of Kanab. Room was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I was able to sleep. The common hallways were in need of vacuuming. There was no cable TV and WiFi was weak. Breakfast was adequate. For the price, it was good.
