The staff are fantastic. The property is amazing and absolutely beautiful with many restaurant options. Everything was excellent.

I absolutely loved this hotel! It was beautiful, the food was delicious and staff was amazing. One of the shuttle drivers (I think his name was Jiero) actually stopped driving and got out to show us where the monkeys were in the trees. I have food allergies and the staff in the buffet walked me around and told me which foods did not contain my allergens. In every way, the staff went above and beyond.

The Westin, what a amazing resort !! First of all get ready to be immersed in the a world of nature and beauty. So much great things to do in Costa Rica, I did the ATV first time ever well it was the best experience ever!!!!!!!! I was so proud of myself I’m a cancer patient on active treatment but I did it to prove myself I can do it. The food was amazing except Angelina’s it was outside the resort it was bland no flavor. I would prefer the resort food cause it was sooooooo fresh and healthy the fruits were amazing!!!! I highly recommend the Westin and will be coming back. One other issue we came across was if your out late outside of the resort on the weekends be prepared to get ripped off the cab services. They tried to charge $80 which was a $10 ride normally- we were stranded with no way to get back to the resort it was only 11pm. We had to pay it no choice- Just beware of that issue other then that we had a spectacular trip. I loveeeeeeee Costa Rica 🇨🇷🇨🇷🇨🇷🇨🇷

This is a beautiful resort, would recommend it as a safe vacation resort for children or adults. I was in the adult side of the resort and enjoyed that added benefit of the concierge, Pablo and Nelson were wonderful!!

The property was nice and people genuinely tried to be helpful however their communication was lackluster and their follow through with issues even less.

Management difficult to deal with when we had a problem.

This resort property is expansive and absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spread across the property grounds in bungalows. We had a room on the Westin Club side of the resort, which is strongly recommended if you are traveling without small children. Check-in for Club guests has its own designated building and around the clock concierge. We had access to an adults only pool and breakfast at the best restaurant, Faisanella. The perks were fabulous. The rooms were very nice and the beds, of course, were heavenly. The other restaurants, golf shop, spa, and beach are within walking distance, but staff drive golf carts around and give rides to wherever you want to go. Visiting the spa is highly recommended and the golf course was great. Walking along the beach was peaceful. The water was pretty and clearer than we expected. There are also fantastic hiking trails on the property. The entire area is truly beautiful. Lots of wildlife to stop and watch too! The best part of our stay, however, was the Westin staff. Five star service all around!

This resort had the best food of any property I have ever stayed at. The staff were super friendly and there was always something to do. Shuttles were constantly running to take you where you needed to go in case you didn’t feel like walking. The rooms were very clean and the air conditioning was top notch. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone planning on visiting Costa Rica!

The property was very nice with wildlife and lushness. Food and entertainment was subpar. Not worth the price.

The Westin is a great resort for a family vacation in Costa Rica. I've been there twice now. Although I like the resort, I'm not sure we will return. The biggest issue with this All-Inclusive resort is that it's impossible to get dinner reservations at any of the restaurants. I tried for a full week before my arrival when the reservations open. My family of 5 ate dinner together only twice because we had to split up across restaurants. Each time, there were plenty of available seating. I can only imagine that people made reservations and didn't show up. Unfortunately I had this issue the first time I stayed at the Westin. The hotel cannot be considered All-Inclusive if you are unable to enjoy all the restaurants. The hotel needs to incorporate a strict no-show policy or figure out a better way to accommodate all guests.

This is an honest 5 star review! My husband and I have been to several "luxury" all-inclusive resorts in different countries. This one is def in the top 3! From the customer service and how well they communicate to the amazingly beautiful property, Top Tier! The food: The different restaurants all had great options! Most all-inclusive resorts are notorious for having terrible food options. But you cannot miss with this resort. The app: There is an app that comes along with your stay and it is THE BEST! I wish all resorts had an easy to use app where we could book reservations 5 days in advance and set up extras like cabanas. Highly recommend booking your restaurants as far in advance as you can so you dont miss out! We got to go to all of the restaurants we wanted and they were all GREAT! Our stay: Easily 5 stars. All staff were beyond accommodating! Having stayed during the first week of June the weather was perfect for us! It's the beginning of the rainy season but everything was alive and GREEN! Lots of wildlife right at your toes! Kids are welcome at this resort and there is a whole adults only side with an adults only pool. *The only thing that we didnt love was, there was no music and entertainment at the adult pool, only at the family pool, booo!!! We told managment and was assured they would work on that lol. I HIGHLY recommend this resort and can't wait to visit again!

Very nice place to stay

The rooms were very spacious and I loved how close it was to the beach! What a beautiful beach! We ran into Erik G who helped us book great excursions and Paulina also who took great anniversary pictures for me and my wife. The staff at this resort really care about the people who stay there and are very attentive.

I loved everything about this property from the people to the service and the property. The food was excellent our family enjoyed everything about it. Nice room they look exactly like villas and great transportation. Plenty of restaurants you have to reserve and make sure you do so when you check in. Beautiful resort the view is extraordinary just like the forest with animals all around us. The only thing I feel like the resort should work on is the reservation for restaurants. They are mostly booked and can't get a reservation for the restaurants. Other than that I give everything a ten out of ten.

Great all inclusive resort. Friendly staff. I had a flat tire and they had someone fix my flat tire for free. We of course tipped the man. Great resort and great stay. Highly recommend!

We will definitely consider going back. Everything was great. Zero complaints! Check out the tapas restaurant in the lobby. It’s a hidden gem.

The Service was top notch and the property was beautiful I loved seeing the animals around in their element. I would definitely recommend and hope to return someday.

This property was amazing. I only wish was that you had more servers around the pool area.

The property had everything you needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The only thing I would recommend is maybe placing a towel pick up closer to the beach. Also provide more places to drop off towels. There is just one location and it is out of the way. We had an absolutely amazing time and would highly recommend the westin to our family and friends

this is a beautiful expansive property. The accommodations are very nice and more than adequate. The Sherrod common area is well cared for attractive and more than adequate. PH is largely but the surface can be challenging. The pool is great and allows for some degree of privacy. The balloon was merely generally adequate occasionally good and occasionally poor. I would think that this is the only major drop back for this resort is its quality of provisions. The little pizza place was always consistently good but the dinner entrées were rare early better than just average. The entertainment night was certainly not extraordinarily but adequately entertained and always good hard. The personnel are very friendly and always helpful in the transportation is readily available and very accommodating on the whole I would rate this a strong 4*resort and excellent for families.

Group of 4 had a wonderful time at the Westin. Property was well maintained, the club suite and balcony was perfect, and the food was good. The staff goes above and beyond for the guest. The resort is certainly on my plan to return list!

This resort provided an excellent vacation. The rooms, pools, restaurants and the entire staff could not have been better. So much fun!
