Excellent. Highly recommend! The Treehouse sweet was amazing, super clean. Has everything you could possibly need. Great balcony view. Only regret is we didn't stay longer!

This very old home converted, it appears, to a number of separate rentals, was very unique! Tho we arrived late at night to leave mid morning we didn't leave much time to explore the full character of this home. Thank you for the speedy and professional responses.

Ed greeted us the first evening and the property and room were wonderful, quiet, convenient and comfortable!

Sadly we were only there for 1 night. We wish our trip was for a couple so we could have enjoyed more of Bryson City and the Calhoun’s hotel. So very quaint! Lovely big porch with rocking chairs. The morning we checked out it was raining. So we sat on the porch drinking coffee and listening to the rain.

We stayed in The Toy Box. The room is exactly how the pictures are. It was nice cozy felt like home. Bed is very comfortable. Shower was great. Mr. Ed was a great host. He greeted us and showed us to the room and made sure we got in ok. They had snacks on the table drinks and other goodies in the fridge. They also gave us chocolate for our 26th Anniversary, so sweet and nice. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful quiet stay, the place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for relaxing as well as enjoying downtown and riding the train.

Decorated well, bed comfortable, clean, the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, frig had misc food, water, milk, soda, bagels, popcorn, and cereal available. Fresh pantries. The location is quiet and on a dead-end street. Highly recommend.

Such a nice, quaint property right in the heart of the town. It was quiet and close to everything. The owners had even put an Elf on the Shelf in our room, which our 3 year old thought was our elf from home. Such a small gesture that made our stay that much better! Everything was clean and bed was comfortable!

Superb venue. Owners were so very very accommodating and had a refrigerator stocked with juices milk bagels cereal water for your morning breakfast. It’s a stones throw from the GSMR. Also known as the polar express if you were on that train. We even left a personal item there and it was in the mail back to us the very day we checked out. If you’re in the Bryson city area he will not want to miss this bed and breakfast

Perfect size place for my husband and I. The bed was extremely comfortable and Ed even had complimentary drinks and snacks for us. We will be back for sure!

I truly liked the cleanliness and coziness of the room. It was decorated beautifully and was in an amazing location. The kitchen was fully equipped and had many choices for breakfast. There was a wrap around covered porch with rocking chairs to enjoy a full view of the Great Smoky Mountains. This is a delightful place to stay and is within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the Smoky Mountain Railroad. We will definitely return and enjoy a longer stay.

The layout of the rooms was great and the decorations were interesting and unique. All of the furniture was comfortable and appeared new. The shower was awesome but could use a better step up into it.

It’s just around the corner from lots of restaurants and the GSM Railroad. Easy walk to the station or food, and shopping. Reasonable prices, complimentary items for breakfast like instant oatmeal and grits, cereal, and drinks in the fridge. Porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the weather and view of the mountains. Kind owners and quiet neighborhood. All around nice place. Definitely would come back!

The hotel looks completely different in person tha it does in the pictures. It is packed with many other buildings around it...
Im really upset with this reservation. First of all..I made this reservation because on your web page it says they accept pets. When I received the confirmation they said they don’t accept them. I called Hotels.com to solve this issue. You guys said everything was fine. But when I got there this person was acting weird, trying to charge me for my dog, and the worst he was following my kids in a strange way. Next morning, there was this lady rushing us to leave ... her attitude was like she wanted us out of there fast. It was 10:30 and she saw me walking outside and she followed me saying.. “are you going on a walk? Housekeepers are going to be here at 11 and is already 10:30“
She was so rude and I didn’t like her attitude. Her neighbors were nicer than her

Very clean and friendly but then took a turn bad. First night smoke detectors blasted off 5am real loud scared the hell out of us . No explanation or apology from owners . Second night room next door cam back about 1am very loud . Walls are too thin .
