Location was perfect, check in was fast and easy, room was welcoming and appeared to be clean however missing a shower curtain had to request from front desk, also found a pile of dirty mens clothes in the closet. Stay was quiet and served its purpose. The breakfast was the usual traditional hotel selection yogurt, fruit, muffins, eggs, bacon. Staff was friendly.

The elevator needs maintenance on the floor and the elevator itself, at times it jerked once inside, the rooms are nice, they should provide a tv menu so we can see all channels provided. The shower had some rust in it but clean, I like the storage space. The shower itself needs to be worked on because now a lot of pressure when taking a shower felt like a very light rain shower. Glad they provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. Our refrigerator was wonky and a little loud. Other than that the stay was good. Complimentary breakfast was so good!

The staff and cleanliness were average. The issue was the maintenance of the facility. The elevator was horrible. They had to completely shut it down one evening.
Our room’s air conditioning was terrible! I had it on 60 and couldn’t get the room cool. It was barely blowing. Asked for maintenance that we never received.
The bathroom sink barely had water coming out and wouldn’t hardly drain.
There was something that was supposed to be hanging on the wall that was just sitting on the floor.
I paid way too much money for the condition of the room.

Staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was a great one from making sure the breakfast area was clean and stocked to providing suggestions for a fantastic restaurant for dinner

Horrible, breakfast was not good, juice tasted like water. The elevator was would shake very scary! It smelled ugly! The conditioner was just water! They wanted to make everything last with water ! We have stayed in so many hotels before this was by far the worst!

The Pool was nice to cool off in but very green. It needed lots of shock & Chlorine. The A/C in the 2nd Floor was out. The Ice Machine didn’t work on Friday when I checked in on Floor 2.

My first room clearly smelled of sm*ke, they said no it can’t be smoke since it’s a non smoking hotel. We were moved to a new room and found dried b00gers, hairs, and dirt in the bed. Also the pool was very green and closed, even though the front desk had no problem telling us how to find the pool at check in (why not tell us it’s closed??? Because we would have taken our stuff and not checked in). Don’t stay here.

Everyone who worked at the property was nice. The elevator was really scary, the room was dirty and didn’t contain the usual hotel amenities, we kept calling down for things. It was in a neighborhood that didn’t seem great. It was surprising based on how the hotel is generally advertised.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it's a nice hotel in an excellent location. You have Domain or Arboretrum for shopping and dining and costco is right around the corner.
The staff was cery pleasant and knowledgeable, the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety to choose from.
The pool was a grsat way for my 3 children to enjoy and the pool area has like private cabanas witb tvs and all kind of games fir entertainment.
Overall, it was a grsat stay.

Hotel is old but clean enough. The sofa bed mattress did not come with blankets, maybe they forgot to leave some for it. We ate breakfast on a Tuesday morning and there was no cinnamon rolls as it is advertised. Overall, seems the staff needs to do a better job.

Kind of low on the Holiday Inn scale.No daily room service, only main floor ice machine worked. Laundry facilities non functional. Very limited dining options.

Its not a place if you want views but its super close to downtown. Our remote and refrigerator didnt work but other than that it was clean, quite and comfortable. Love the dove products in the rest room. The blackout shades were a nice touch if you like to keep things dark.
