This hotel was way over priced for the condition of the hotel and room.

The hotel was great! They don't clean your room everyday but that is a new thing that most hotels do. They requested us to put our dirty towels out and the will give new ones. The town its self doesn't have a lot of options to eat but there are a few gems. I would definitely stay there again!

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Not the fault of the business that there just aren’t a lot of dining options in the town worth visiting!

It was a pretty good stay, my only concern is that the breakfast was exactly the same all days and I stood a week, so after several days you get tried of the same thing egg and pork sausage. But overall, very clean, staff very polite and friendly

Great value and comfort here! We got a huge room with a king bed and sleeper couch, and everything was just great. Super clean, comfy bed, hot shower, and the hotel itself is spotless. Service is as good as it gets - super friendly and accommodating. Wouldn't even consider another spot when I'm in town.

Room sizes are nice and the beds are very comfortable. They have a small pool and a patio outside and a small gym next to the pool. The breakfast was pretty good too. It is about 25 minutes away from the Raystown Lake and Marina and the 1000 Steps Hike.

We loved the hot water and pressure in the shower.
When we walked in to the property we said Hi twice before it was said back.
Housekeeping lady blocked the elevator then when the door closed she moved and said you should of ran for it.
The Woman who did breakfast was nice. Breakfast wasn’t much though.

Got out of the shower and was walking around in the bathroom and had to clean the bottom of my feet. Wiped bathroom counter and rag was dirty. Also wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. Shower curtain had mold on it. We paid for a King suite that had a sofa and was given regular king room that was cheaper but paid for the other. Pool did not look clean.

this property is close to the hospital that we went to for surgery and very helpful and friendly! and-- there is a SHEETZ right there. That's always a big plus as they have EVERYTHING you need!

We stayed 2 nights in room 302. The paint on the walls look like we were in a 50 year old building that needed remodeling. It was not a pleasant appeal. King size bed and a bathroom. Very tight. Before leaving we looked at a Suit. The suits have more room. However, we looked at the paint in the suit, it also needs a new paint job, however not as bad as 302.
We have Family who own a place at Raystown Lake & we will be returning to the area . And we are a big family. Other members of our Family will also be looking for lodging as we come to town.
