Normal stay at a hotel nothing exceptional to note good or bad

The treatment received during check-in was excellent. But the treatment received during check-out was cold and unfriendly. The restaurant personnel was excellent. The food was excellent, especially the ribs.

We stayed at the hotel in a room with a king bed. The hotel looks renovated in recent years. However, we had some observations. Toilet seat was not clean and brownish stain was visible. Hence, we asked to change our room. The second room was the same. We had to clean the toilet with wipes we had ourselves. Dark stains were spotted on the bed sheets. Also, we observed a small centipede , an insect, on pillows.

Clean rooms

Room is nicely decorated, bathroom is clean and stocked with the usual necessities. The restaurant was closed due to mechanical issues, and our room air conditioner was a little noisy (like loose paper flapping in the wind), but still a very pleasant experience.

The room and the hotel was very clean. The only downside is that there was no coffee and water in the main lobby. Free breakfast would have been nice, too.

It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The traffic noise was awful. And the Internet connection was extremely weak and unusable.

Increase in the rates substantially over normal because of the weekend. Did not let us know that we were in a disability room.

This hotel was beautiful and has awesome amenities.

Smells and dirty bathroom

We arrived late and checked out early and there was someone available to assist at both off hours.

Served our needs for what we were down there for

Stay would have been ok if I would gotten the room I reserved. I reserved a king room and at check in got a queen and no room available to switch too. I’m not sure why hotels think it’s ok to switch room types from original booking. I am a wheelchair user and couldn’t get an accessible room so king is the next best option for me and then they put in the double queen which has less space to move around in .

Easy check in, nice room with amenities. The mini fridge came in handy for keeping our water cold. No vending machines but we were able to get a pop from the front desk area. Hydration stations next to the ice anrea are a nice touch as well.

I chose the hotel bc of location and price. The lobby was well appointed and welcoming. The staff was very welcoming. The common areas were very hot and stuffy. My room smelled like an ashtray. The body wash in the shower was empty and the Kleenex box was empty. Front desk agent was very kind and offered to change our room but I had already went and bought air freshener and cleaning products. The lights in the pool area were very weird industrial like spotlights. Very strange and not comfortable and the hot tub was broken.

Very clean…and bed was great !

The hotel was clean and staff, friendly. I was awoken at 3am by screaming and banging outside my door. The staff responded efficiently and noise stopped. The pool was freezing cold and hot tub broken.

Property was clean and the beds were comfortable

We rented this place for my daughters and friend to have fun and celebrate her birthday and it the perfect small quaint place to do so.

Hotel looks nice - but our room had dried blood on the curtains and window sill. The bathroom had mold in the shower - overall need a good cleaning

We had a group of 24 women staying here for a bowling tournament. There was no place (aside from the bar) that you could sit and converse, have drinks, eat food, or play cards. The only place that had tables was in the pool area.

this hotel charges $50 a day for incidentals which tacked on $250 to my account… they do not advise you of this at all! Plus for those people that use a debit card they don’t get that back for seven days after their stay, which is horrific!! when you look up incidentals there are literally none! aside from laundry service?! there is no breakfast and they leave you one decaf, coffee, and one regular coffee in your room… they show up at 8:30 in the morning to clean your room and if you aren’t available, they do not come back. Employees smelled like cannabis and the hallways smell like cannabis! Which shows they allowed people to do this in their rooms. If you want a snack, that is the biggest joke as they have a small tiny area with two shelves that have probably a total of six snacks! I’ve never seen anything like this for a hotel that claims to be upscale… they really only want business travelers because they are out of their rooms early and they’re gone all day and probably don’t use the rooms other than to sleep, so for anybody wanting to enjoy amenities at a hotel this is not the place. When I asked to check out early, they told me that I had to go through the third-party where I booked the travel, but the third-party told me I have to go through them which only made it more confusing but thankfully I was able to check out early as I was so unhappy. I also very rarely take the time to write a review, but this was such a disappointment and the $50 Daily amenity!!!!

We came up to move our son back to Indiana. The hotel was awesome but the WiFi was terrible.
