House keeping not upto themark.

The food at the resort is not great and also overpriced. The staff is great at hospitality, special mention of Mr. Tarif who really took care of our choices abd comfort

Staycations are all about comfort and if during summer time, your room AC isn’t working.. everything becomes pretty terrible and extremely uncomfortable..

This was my third Stay at the property. This has become a fixture for family visits to Mahabaleshwar. This property tops even Le Meridian when it comes to amenities and facilities for Kids entertainment. Only flaw if I may point out is Food variety on the premise where Mad House Grill can have bit more options with reasonable rates. One thing which is constant with this Property is well trained Staff and Everytime we find new staff members providing high quality of service. This time it was Me Paritosh and Mr Sourav who were very considerate and made us feel at ease.

There is miscommunication between Hotel and Expedia. about rate of stay, should be resolved with communication. customer should not suffer for that. Regards Jadhav Pradeep

Good food, helpful staff, plenty of activities. Had a very pleasant stay overall.

The bedding needs to be improved. You can literally feel the coil springs while sleeping. Also, the staff doesnt seem to be courteous enough. We arrive there after a long drive and wanted to take a nap after checking in. The housekeeping staff continuously kept slamming other room doors and talking loudly in the corridor. The food couldve done with some more spices as it was bland really bland. Other than that, the stay, location etc was good.

lights kept going. also the receptions guys are quite curt, not rude, but really not friendly. didn't really go out of their way at all to make out stay memorable. seemed like just yet another average hotel, certainly not a 4 star experience, no sign of any real "hospitality". quite disappointing with the room view, and no chance to change the room.

I had a very good stay with my family, it was very good and comfortable, a good relaxed stay I should say, but I really feel the non-veg counter could have better more verities for the buffet in breakfast and dinner, and the Alacart had literally nothing to serve. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant location excellent n friendly staff tasty food nyc clean room. Overall a luxurious experience. Total value for money.

Food for below par. Lot of options but didn't taste half as good as some of the other 5 star facilities. Beer served to me was NOT CHILLED & the tea served on the room was COLD. Staff was not courteous at all. They didn't make us feel welcome. Lot of opportunities here.

Classy. Clean. Co operative. Cool.caring. we loved the whole experience from start to end. Felt like home.

It was one of the best hotel experience in Mahabaleshwar. Staff was polite and always ready to help.

ThIs hotel is highly recommended by me. Very good as spacious rooms. Great hotel staff. Good food. Only thing the swimming pool should have been temperature controlled.

Please beware of this establishment- this establishment does not honor their prepaid reservations. They will choose to simply pocket your money rather than really servicing you. Here is my experience : I booked and prepaid a room at this hotel in November 2013.. When I reached the hotel, the front staff had goofed up and did not have the reservations. I provided my credit card and US drivers license but the front staff demanded my Passport and Visa. These were not communicated with the reservations. These requirements are NOT communicated on the various websites where the hotel is advertised. These sites mention that only govt issued ID and credit cards were required to check in - including foreigners. Despite the prepaid reservations, it clear that the hotel was making excuses to honor the prepaid reservations. The overall attitude of the front staff and Manager was extremely unprofessional, inhospitable, and unhelpful. Even worse, the hotel refused to reimburse the entire prepaid booking despite repeated efforts later on. It was extremely unscrupulous of the hotel to pocket the entire money- especially when the simply did not provide the prepaid room. It should be noted that, I was able to get a room at another hotel with just credit card and drivers license without any problem. So bottom line- If you are a foreigner, DO not prepay at this Hotel. You may be the next victim where the hotel will simply pocket your money without providing the room.

Excellent Hygiene Clean Hotel Walking distance to market Smiling Staff Pool not working but at this temperatue i was anyway not gonna use it Prefer the Forest View instead of Pool view as last thing i want in a vacation is seeing human faces and noise Excellent Buffet Breakfast ... A Treat for a king ..can skip lunch afterwards Cons I wasn't given a bill while i checked out. Strange No Floor Mats in the bedroom or bathroom. When i complained they put Towels which solved the issue but was worried that those towels would be the same one i would have to use on a later date after laundry. Not hygenic Beds - When will Hospitality Guys (except ITC, Oberoi etc) understand that soft sinking mattress are not luxury and are a BACKPAIN hazard ID Proof - They demanded id proof of all members including women and children. I was taken aback as last time at Il Plazzo i wasnt asked. After arguing they said the Police has insisted. They could put up a notice at the receiption desk so customers dont feel offended and inform at the time of booking itself Dormitory for Drivers - For the prices they charge they should provide a hall/ dormitory for drivers to sleep. Expecting them to sleep in cars after a long journey is inhuman. All major hotel provide Blanket for driver BUT pledge Driving Licence - This was again offending. My driver was fine but i felt it rude. No dormitory provided and for a blanket such a process
