Ordered a king bed smoking room. We checked in and went to our room when we got there it had someone else’s stuff and beer bottles everywhere. Got a different room and was informed no smoking which is already not what we wanted anyways get into our room and light switches are hard to find bed was really old and hard overall just really dated and not well taken care of. Found a cockroach in our room, only had half a roll of toilet paper and had no WiFi in our room it only works by the office. Wouldn’t stay again

When we arrived at the hotel he tried to charge me an additional $20 to what I had prepaid online for the hotel. Upon entering our hotel room I was greeted with a cockroach in the bathroom. The bed had signs of bed bugs and body fluids. The fridge was moldy and the room had mold on the walls. When I went to talk to the manager he refused to acknowledge anything was wrong and walked off.

My stay at super 7 hotel was good I don't have any complaints

Absolutely disgusting.. the walls were extremely nasty the chair and tables where literally falling apart if you put any weight on them they would start breaking. The door looked as if it was busted through no lock was on it. We put a chair in front of it just to feel some sort of security..

There was a dead frog in my room, the room was filthy, the staff was nonplussed the entire time. I’ve never been more uncomfortable at a hotel.

This is an older facility. The up side---- very quiet and cheap. The down--poorly patched repairs and the wifi was slow and spotty. The refrigerator gave out after two days into a three night stay. I would rate this one clean with occasional stains found on sheets. I saw one bug about twenty minutes after getting there, but nothing after that. It was what I try to look for......a bed to sleep in and money saved in the process.

The owner had trouble communication with us because of language barrier but he seemed nice enough. The beds were clean and comfortable, had a nice tv and shower was good. This place needed a serious cleaning around the edges in the restroom. Probably wouldn't stay here again unless was the only option and an emergency.

Rundown and out dated. Gaps under doors crickets in our room. First room you could open with out a key...worked in a pinch though.....

Door frames were falling apart. Lights weren't easily turned on (had to jiggle switch), looked like mold around the bathtub, towels were thin.

It was nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The TV has good reception for the most part. Pillows were a little hard but slept pretty good.

This was an excellent bargain! The room was clean and neat, newly remodeled, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised.

They have the lowest rate in the area but their facilities are not the best. It serves the purpose to spend the night of passing through. The staff is not welcoming.

Clean, older motel but right for the price. Quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

Really run down. Smells bad, looks like government housing. If all you have is 50 bucks, suck it up butter cup. But if you can scrape together 10 more dollars you can get something twice as good.

Employee or owner rudley came from behind the counter yelling I could not have a room I paid for and was told I could check in. Never ever will go back again ever

Went to check in and felt like I was picking up someone from jail. Talked to a very confused angry man that couldn't understand I reserved a room online. After a few minutes of disappearing into the back room he let me into the "lobby". After another 5 mins of him goin to the back room semi yelling at someone back there he came out and asked how many pets I had. After telling him one multiple times he told me I couldn't stay. Shocked at his extreme rudeness and feeling threatened I proceeded to go to my car to talk things over with my girlfriend. He then came out to the parking lot and watched us. Long story short...STAY AWAY
