Really nice guest house, with a very attentive and pleasant owner. A good selection of places to eat and nice walks nearby, would stay again.

Beverly is a fantastic innkeeper - friendly and knowledgeable. Property is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was terrific. The town of Melbourne is amazing. Very close to major attractions.

Have stayed before so knew that we would be getting a perfect stay again. The biggest most comfortable bed ever. The room is full of little extras which make it that bit special. Nothing is too much trouble for the host.

Excellent breakfast only thing that was a bit tricky was very small car park so had to do a very slow 'n point turn' to get out and note that the stairs maybe a little step for some people with health issues, fine for us, otherwise a lovely place and we enjoyed our visit

Very cosy and friendly B&B. We were made very welcome. Extensive breakfast, lovely biscuits to have with drinks in our room. The property is very quiet and well placed for restaurants, etc. Recommended!

My husband and I stayed at The Coach House for a last minute Valentine' get away. When we arrived we were had a warm and friendly greeting. Provided information about the local Town and breakfast etc. The room was lovely! I love the Queen size bed, it was so comfy! Lots of lovely little extra touches in the room. Breakfast was faultless, my wife had vegetarian and I had the full english. Fruist juices, yogurts, cereals etc were also available. A great stay!

Was at the B&B for the week as i was working in the area. A lovely little place in a lovely village and very polite hostess that couldn't be more accommodating. Only problem is i've worked in the Derby area a few times since and it's always booked up! So if this place has got availability and you're thinking about staying. Don't hesitate! Only one slight issue which wasn't really an issue for me is that the room i was staying in didn't have a very good wifi signal. But i had 4G and only used it for emails so wasn't a problem.

The hostess was friendly and welcoming.The room and bathroom were absolutely spotless,as were the sitting and dining rooms.Unusually there was a comfortable guest lounge.The bathroom had flannels,soap and various shampoos as well as the usual towels.The room itself had a large comfortable double bed .There was tea,coffee,hot chocolate,as well as biscuits and a bar of chocolate.There was even a lovely ceramic teapot.The breakfast was excellent,sourced from the local butcher. All in all it was an excellent,friendly guest house well worth visiting.

We stayed for one night whilst attending a wedding at Amalfi White across the road. The lovely Beverley was able to allow us early access to the room so we could change. A lovely large room at the front of the hotel, large very comfortable bed and immaculately clean. Excellent breakfast using really good quality produce. We would definitely stay here again.
