Really enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable, nice views, and near the boardwalk. Oh, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great!

Small damages in the room that did not affect the usability of room, but should be repaired before presenting to guests. Room was pretty clean, but attention to detail lacking— corners of the bathroom floor were dirty, and the vents on the AC had growth that was easily wiped by finger. Overall a great place to come and go and pleasant staff. Parking in the covered calm garage was wonderful as was not hearing anything from the neighbors at any time of day. Balcony view was perfect. About a 30 minute walk to the shops and restaurants so this was a quiet stay away from the busy shops.

The location was great. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. I did not hear noises from any other guests during our stay.

The outside of the hotel looked fine. The lady at the front desk was lovely. She was very accommodating. The small bar/restaurant was very cute. I just wished it stayed open later than 12pm on Sunday but i understand it’s not the summer. The issue was the room. It was terrible so old , there was nothing good about it. These rooms from the bathroom to the carpet to the broken slider lack of mirrors in the room no closet I could go on but I won’t.

All was very clean..I think customers need a mat in Jacuzzis with handicap bars for customers to aid in standing up.....my wife & I had to crawl out of the tub for safety reasons of not falling in the tub

Check in was great no problems. Our first full day housekeeping never came to clean , No clean towels. Next day housekeeping cleaned room BUT did not leave any clean towels. Coffee pot in room did not work and was reported but not replaced in 5 days. Alarm in hallway beeped loudly every night with no one coming to see why, annoying noise and why was it beeping?

Great centralized location to be near the beach and boardwalk without the hustle & bustle of the people. Clean room and bathroom and beds were comfortable. Will be back!

Nice stay! Parking was good. There was parking garage and some other parking. Could use some room updates. Pillows were terrible! Old bedding and curtains. The location is great and the 2 pools are nice.

Toilet stopped working on the first night. When I phoned the front desk at 5:30, I was told that the toilet would not be fixed till after 8am the next morning. With 6 females in the room, they didn't care. Then, the toilet paper holder broke off the wall. Maintenance didn't show up till 9am the next day to fix both issues. Later that day, my daughter got stuck in the bathroom because the door plate screws were stripped and fell out, causing the door to jam. The metal plate actually got stuck in between the door and the door frame. We had to body slam the door open to get my child out of the bathroom. Knowing that there were 6 guests staying in the room, house keeping only left one sample size bottle of shampoo and conditioner, with 4 towels. Granted, when I asked for extra towels and toiletries for the bathroom, they were happy to provide. The staff were pleasant, which helped. Overall, I do not think I would stay here again. A non working toilet without an emergency maintenance staff seemed odd. Having to go to the mainfloor in the middle of the night to use a working toilet was a major inconvenience.

Very nice spacious room very clean. Great view from the nice balcony. Pull out couch to sleep on wasn't exactly in the greatest of shape but that's the only problem we had. Would definitely go back. Excellent location very good staff

Room dirty. Roll away bed had no linens… had to ask several times for sheets. Matress was stained and ripped. They refused to bring a replacement. None of the doors in the room closed properly… almost like they were not square with frames. Had to pull or push hard to get them closed. It was a complete hassle to borrow a hair dryer. The manager finally intervened after 3 attempts.

Close to boardwalk and pool & Barracuda’s was fantastic but toilet water ran constantly. Light on phone was blinking whole stay and front desk staff did not have maintenance fix.

The property as a whole was great. Out of the large crowds but still right on the beach and boardwalk. However the front desk staff was unfriendly and uninviting.

Towels and washcloths dingy and sheets didn't smell too fresh. My sister and were itching all the way home. Maybe werent fresh (we sprayed) or too much bleach. We will stay elsewhere next time.

what we like was very close to the Beach and also not bad to Boardwalk.there was activity on the area like splash mountain which was fun. what we don’t like was the floor rooms was kind of mold and smells we asked them to get to move second floor but since we book from expedia they couldn’t help us

I booked 3 rooms at crystal beach for my family and have nothing but good things to stay. The rooms were super clean, the room service was incredible, I truly enjoyed my stay! I definitely recommend to book!

Pictures were deceiving and room smelled like mildew. Tons of parking via parking deck. Balcony had a nice view but was not private and anyone can jump over the railings to get in. Door was so stuck closed we needed maintenance to help pry it open.

Was not bad but way overpriced. Check in at 4:00PM and check out at 11:00 am. When you pay this much Check out should be extended. They didn't even have an option to pay extra for late checkout.

I don’t like the cleaning fee, after you made your reservation and paid online, the charge popped up when you’re checking in 😳

It was really terrible!!!!!! I regret a lot to stay in Crystal beach hotel I suppose to stay in 2 nights August 6-8 but I check out day before August 7 th. I didn’t want to stay in there probably not even one minute my daughter and me had a bugs bite After we slept there our faces got break out and arm area after we woke up so we didn’t want to stay there until August 8th . This property is terrible and dirty and smells ll really bad. And I pay more money to try to get good quality room but they charge me a lot of money but didn’t give me upgrades room my room was handicap room with no bathtub but they didn’t want to upgrade my room nor didn’t pay back difference of price I didn’t get the room what i supposed to get even I pay more not even the normal standard room L. It was terrible nightmare experience stay in that crystal beach hotel!

The microwave wasn’t working the whole bed was dirty i come ti the front desk and the lady just give me 1 sheet , we find trash in the room , the next day we came to fd and ask for a full service and the housekeeper didn’t change the sheets she just fix it , she changed the sheets because my mom tell her to
