our stay was comfortable, it’s a quiet place and studio is a good side for family of, even dow the beds are small for 2 people we enjoy the stay.😊

Clean quite and lovely

It was nice to have a full fridge and sink, along with dishes and cups. But there was no dish soap to clean them. There was also no shampoo, conditioner, tissues, makeup wipes, or body wash. The pool was the best part and the man who cleaned it was very kind. However, there were cigarette holes in the bedspreads and the toilet was disgusting. You get what you pay for.

They have a coffee machine as well a water dispenser machine to get in the lobby!

People here are great... TBH I prefer being here over home. There have been some shady characters around lately tho.

We got in at 130 in the morning. We would have gone somewhere else if we had known how bad this place was. Beds hard as a rock. Bedding was disgusting. No hand towels, just one towel and one wash cloth. the room smelled really bad. It was a old building. They said all rooms were non smoking. It smelled horrible. got bit by some bug.

Parking is hard at the back. But the room is good and spacious. No frontdesk during the checkout time. Ice machine broken. Thank you!

Room was clean and area was quiet. Parking in the back was next to impossible for my F-250. Very tight driving area in the back.

Safe and fun

Check in staff was very warm and friendly. Seemed genuinely concerned about guest happiness. Unfortunately facility only had smoking room available. Room also had a fly infestation. Killed over a dozen but more kept appearing. Television remote did not work so only one channel available to view. Was promised to be moved into a non-smoking room but nothing was done once I left the facility at 830am and returned at 4pm. Not a recommended place to stay. Low standard facility. Had stayed at this location seven years prior and loved it. Sad to see the quality drop..

Not now

The property smelled of cigarettes and the bed felt horrible you could feel every spring and the lights flickered while showering. It looked nice but definitely needs cleaning from the smell and a better mattress I slept horribly

We checked in and received room keys. Took luggage to room and room was dirty from previous stay. Went to front desk and informed them. Let them know we were headed out for dinner so they could turn room over while we were gone. Returned to room and only 1 bed had a bed cover. Went back to front desk and nobody was there because they leave at 8pm. Entire room smelled like cigarette smoke our entire stay. We will never stay there again. In addition, when booking the hotel the the website said breakfast was included and that’s not the case. We stayed in room 220 and would appreciate a full refund.

Room and bed was clean bathroom very clean But noisy people residing here getting up for work before dawn.Dog poop all over property.

We’ve stayed here once before with an experience that met our needs. We travel for festivals and need a larger refrigerator. Price was right. This trip it felt like a different place. Staff was friendly enough and helped me on a ground floor room since my son has a broken ankle. But they seemed proficient on the task and didn’t return my ID to me, so I had to go back. They also weren’t able to offer recommendations for somewhere we could eat. Not big deals, but set the tone. Our room was clean enough, but the bedding is so thin and scratchy. My son had to sleep with me and we covered with two beds “blankets.” Went to shower in the morning and we realized all too late we didn’t have shampoo or conditioner, and office was closed. The hair dryer mount looked as if the dryer had been yanked out. The next night I grabbed some quick meals and cereal after a 14 hour day outside working and then realized we didn’t have silverware in the kitchen. Again office was closed. Our TV didn’t work and there are no outlets next to the bed for the phone chargers. It was just disappointing, I felt like I didn’t have any of the basics you’d expect and so the little things added up to a very inconvenient stay. Especially when the price was what I’d pay at another hotel.

Fellow guests had a tendency to be too loud too often

Only thing that need to improve is have an extra paper toilet, because was a little paper in the bathroom and we do not have extra . And they need to be watching kids that now the code and been in the pool with out supervision of an adult. During the night was not quite at all. The room was very clean and comfortable. I hope they can fit this little thing to have a better experience

The neighbors we had for the week were super cool, but the beds sucked and it needed updates. The pool was flashed all over Expedia but at the time we reserved the pool had been out of commission for over a year I believe. The locals that lived there told us it's been a hot minute since they've seen it filled up.

Didn’t like how smell was on the inside

I got a non smoking room and the smell of booze and cigarettes was very unpleasant. It smelledike an ashtray and after a long nursing shift that's the last thing you want

So i checked in, room wasnt ready for about 15 min. That was completely fine i just wanted to get my key before the office closed and maybe leave my stuff in room but room not ready so okay whatever, i left, had to be elsewhere. Came back around 9pm. "My room" door was proped open and so i sent my husband up because like why? He went in and the bed was covered in ashes and dog hair, towels missing and 1 single towel on the floor just filthy. Good thing is even though office is closed they have an emergency phone outside. they were able to set me up with another room. No toilet paper, room was so dusty i had to wipe down every surface, and the bed was crusty. I really hate hotels after this. I also had to pay a $150 deposit on top of the $116 i paid for 2 days, as of today still waiting for it to be credited back to my account. But im glad i wasnt left out in the cold so 3 stars. Thanks

I didn't like that my room wasn't very clean. I found used toilet paper thrown in the shower. Absolutely gross! Also cigarette burns on the top blanket of one if the beds. Also, i wasn't giving a key to my room. There wasn't a key, so the employee had to open my room anytime i needed to get into my room. That was a inconvenience.

I couldn't check in beause there is no available room, even though I completed booking for two units. More terrible issue, they cancelled and refunded only one unit although they recoginzed their fault. They do not respond any further messages regarding this issue. Very disappointed.

The staff was great. My room had a refrigerator, 2 burner stove and a microwave. Had a table with chairs. But had to watch TV in the bed. I would stay here again and will recommend it to others.

Very nice overnight stay for the price. Bed was a little firm, only 2 pillows are given and very minimal toiletries, however I believe that is because these seem for more long term rentals, but would absolutely stay again
