Great location easy walk to the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The onsen was great with a nice garden to look at. Very clean and well cared for.

I was delighted that there was an sento on the second which saved me time and money. It was open to the sky. I used it at least once a day during my stay. The restaurant was good.

The hotel is 10 mins’ walk from the main train / bus station. A little on the quiet side but there is a 24-hour convenience store nearby. Reception lobby is beautiful. Front desk staff are exceptionally kind and helpful.

Perfectly fine hotel. Location is great. The only drawback was that the room got really hot and I couldn't find a way to turn the heat off other than opening the window. The airconditioner only made it worse. Other than that, it was nice.

About 5 mins walk from Kanazawa station. Tried both Japanese and western breakfast and both are good.

Breakfast very disappointing. Choice of western or Japanese served onto a plate by staff. This hotel is very confused about western style. Cold mashed potatoes, cold broccoli and carrots and a slice of ham is not western!!

Excellent hotel and good value for money. Its located close to Kanazawa Train Station (5 minute walk). It isn't centrally located to the main tourist areas though. It would take about good a few minutes by bus to commute to central Kanazawa. A bit noisy from the train station being so close. I awoke to a announcement on the intercom (try and ask for a room on the other side might be better). Good facilities and the breakfast provided was really big and filling. I would stay here again.

The room is Japanese size. It is small, but efficient. You have a bed, TV, free internet and manage to have bath room and bath tab. The room is not so sound proof, however you are OK as most of the Japanese tourists are polite and hardly makes loud noise in their rooms. You can also enjoy big public bath which is very relaxing. The train station is nearby as described. Mori Mori Sushi in the Forus shopping mall is the best in the world. You can pay 10 times of their price on everywhere else, but you will not get the qualify and freshness of this sushi place, but expect to wait for 30~40min on weekends. Their computerized order system can display in English, Chinese, Korean as well. So if you think you know what the sushi is in your own country, try this place. Many of my non-Japanese friends repent saying "I thought I was eating sushi all this time, but now I know the sushi I eat in my country is not sushi at all after eating authentic sushi in this place!"

It was a great stay. Facilities (four baths + sauna for men ; three baths + sauna for women) are nice and clean. The hotel is close to the station, very convenient and good staff
