Stay was wonderful, only stayed there for a few hours, but the room was amazing beautifully set up to see the mountains in the morning!

Our tub would not drain and we had to ask for fresh towels every day just seems like on a 5 day stay the staff would offer to take our trash and at least offer to give us new towels but other than all that is was a nice visit

The room was billed as a delux suite. It was not even a suite, much less delux. Just a reletively large room with two chairs and kitchenette. I won't accept a kitchenette again as the compressor goes off an on all night. The staff was wonderful and the breakfast exceptional.

Check in and out were a breeze. Upgrading cost was minimal on site. Unfortunately our stove had a broken burner so we were unable to do a lot of cooking. The bed was comfortable enough. The soundproofing was good. The bathroom did not have a fan, or it didn’t work, which was an inconvenience. The room came with pots and pans and cutlery/dinnerware but no soap or sponge for dishes so we had to buy some at the dollar store. The location was fine for travel but did not necessarily feel safe. Our floor was dirty and we would have black feet/socks when walking around the room without shoes.

Came up to WA to pick up our rescue pooch. La Quinta is dog friendly and was a good place for us to stay. Staff was great. However we never did find the on-site dog area noted in other reviews, there was a gated area in the back but it was locked.

Was not horrible but certainly not the best, beds weren’t very comfortable and our rug was wet with I have no clue what.

Everything was great, except one thing. The power went out during our stay. When we went to the front desk with our concerns that our food in our fridge would spoil all they said was "ours will too". I felt like that was poor customer service. They didn't offer us anything to cover the cost of the food in our fridge, which was probably around $50 worth of food. Not a lot to most people, but when you budget everything...it is.
Other than that is was a great trip. The staff was friendly. They had an excellent breakfast and made cookies nightly to share with guests. The pool was great for kids too, a max depth of 3.5ft.
I hope to return again one day, but would like the staff to show more concern and offer help when things go wrong. Yes it was not their fault, but there back up generator didn't turn on either. The power outage was detrimental to the food in our fridge which we rely on to eat. (My wife has many allergies so we have to pack all her food everywhere we go)

We had a great stay at the hotel much like the week before when we were there also. The staff was great but especially Tara who always greeted everyone with a great and friendly smile and who took pleasure in helping all the guests. The only negative is the chair in the room. It is the most uncomfortable chair I have ever seen in all my time traveling in the US and abroad. It has a back rest but the position of it does not allow anyone to use it without having to lay almost all the way back, thus not allowing the user to do any work while sitting there in front of the desk. The height adjuster does not work well and it was really hard to get it to the right height for me on both stays. I HIGHLY recommend the hotel management review the chair situation and find another suitable chair to ensure a better quality stay for the guests.

I call days in advance to request an early check in. I was told I could get one, but on the day they told me to check back at 1pm. When I did I was told the General Manager said no early check ins allowed. If I had know ahead of time, I would have arranged to stay somewhere accommodating. The customer service was just poor, unprofessional and too much attitude.

Front desk staff was great. Breakfast was decent. Tried 2 different rooms. Both had an overwhelming musty, mildewy smell.

Overall a nice hotel for the price! A little dated, but the room was comfortable and clean. There was a little deferred maintenance, but I told the front desk at check out what the items were. Non affected the use of the room.

My friends and I decided to stay at a different hotel that night. The hotel text, emailed, and called for confirmation the week leading up to the day of the stay. When I answered the call, I mentioned I tried to see how to cancel without the fee and she explained there wasn't any way around it- understandably.
However, they called me at 2:15am! They wanted to ask if I was still coming. Nice of them to worry about little ol' me, but that's too excessive! The room was nonrefundable, so take the WIN people.

The facility was great but the best part was the staff. Tara at the front desk was superb for her outstanding support and assistance. We will be back next week and looking forward to our stay. The cleaning staff was excellent as well. Breakfast exceeded our expectation. Great all around.

Amenities: breakfast was pretty good, pool (too cold) and hot tub just right.
Cleanliness: no complaints and I'm pretty picky.
Function: shower was great, bed comfy, coffee was strong/good!
Price: a bit more than it should have been and at first we had to stay in the wrong size room but they promptly moved us when they could. Would not give a discount for the smaller room or inconvenience.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is always a good treat. Being right next to Denny’s and JackNTheBox is a bonus. My husband loves the 24 hr access to coffee. We always stay there when we want a staycation near the Muckleshoot casino.

From the entrance of the hotel to the rooms themselves including the breakfast exceeded any expectation of quality and cleanliness.

Our suite was very spacious as was the bathroom itself. The shower was broken so we had some difficulty in showering without getting water everywhere. The area itself is in a less urban location, but we also got there late and had little time to explore.

Overall 10/10 experience. Reception was very professional and with great attitude. They accommodated us with the fact that we arrived three+ hours early. Pool area is clean and stocked with towels and open 24/7. Rooms are clean, breakfast is not bad. I like the fact that they have a little cart in the lobby stocked with water, hot coco, coffee and occasional cookies.
