Staff were friendly and efficient and the Motel was safe and quiet and very convenient to all shopping and dinning

The rooms are adequate for the price and the town is refurbishing after the floods. Long term bookings it would be nice if basic cleaning was done every day.Perhaps have signs saying you are out for cleaning to be done. Staff are friendly and helpful. Booking in is after 2 pm perhaps Wotif could update this information in there paperwork

For the price we paid we were disappointed with our room - the room smelt damp - the bathroom was mouldy - the shower head wldnt stay upright - and no extra blanket or pillow - only one cup was supplied so had to take it in turns to have a hot drink - this place needs a makeover

Clean, basic Motor Inn. Frequented by out of town workers & travellers. Quiet night & comfortable bed. Affordable

After dealing with water entering our room from a storm on the first night, the manager upgraded us to another room for the second night. We also received a refund for our accommodation. Needless to say we were totally satisfied with the outcome.

Easy to find Motel - close to the shops and regional town facilities. Clean, functional and good choice of television.

First of all was greeted poorly, we checked in approximately 7:45, 15mins prior to closing time. We had booked for 3 people, 2 adults and 1 Child (9) the room was fitted with 2 towels and only a double bed. Pool needed to be tended too, it was very cloudy, and a small shade of green. Mould in the grout lines of the bathroom, cracked shower screen. The facilities in the room were great, had toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, tea, coffee,sugar, milk and biscuits. We decided to stay in Lismore to help and support a rebuilding community, however these are issues that could be rectified easily.

Morning Ross (I think that’s your name) the only thing I’d like to let you know that the double bed in room 108 where we stayed the bed might be broken as every time I moved in it it made a clonking noise and I thought it was going to collapse on me . Lmao I will be staying at your motel every time I come up to Lismore and I hope we will get the same room as I enjoyed it all there. Thankyou Margaret Salter

Property still under repair from floods so understand it’s not up to standard as yet. The deluxe room whilst big in size was not as new as photos shown, & in need of a deep clean. Room smelt of cigarettes & smokers in rooms nearby. No window shade in the toilet was off putting with view of neighbors opposite. Steps only to access upper levels. Limited parking in complex but street parking available. Quiet street , average 3star motor inn, overpriced but they do need the support. Limited options in the area as flood recovery is ongoing.

The big bathtub was an unexpected bonus plus i felt very safe and comfortable

Firstly, check in is 8pm and NOT up to 11.30pm as stated in Wotif site. Tried calling motel number through the wotif app as well as dialling ourselves and phone didn’t ring just made weird sound then hung up on us. Found the night bell, called it twice, very grumpy mgr not impressed with our arrival time told us he shouldn’t be letting us in at this time. Room was hard to find, numbers on doors missing digits, too many negatives about aesthetics to mention Had to ask people at 3:30am to please be quiet as couldn’t sleep with all the noise in courtyard. Woke at 6 to some kind of yelling verbal altercation between a couple with aggressive foul language for at least 5mins. Was concerned with the rabbit Warren layout and dead ends to corridors. Needed a room for sleep which we didn’t get much of. Wouldn’t stay again as we just driving though. Sorry but this is hotel I would never recommend and I’m happy to rough it but not here

The overall impression of the entire property was run down and not very clean with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. However the room itself was clean and spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Expensive for what it is and we wouldn't choose to stay here again sorry.

They even have international roast. This is a crime against himanity Aircon not up to the job Unable to sleep

Classic old school - clean and basic, waiting to house the random travelers and wide eyed tourists- that it is still working hard to overcome the town’s natural disaster that they would not could not have predicted and not knock down and rebuild to a sterile cheap besser block unit complex overpriced with mod cons is a credit to the community of Aussies that get stuff done

Manager was extremely rude when i arrived, late but had rang & arranged late arrival.

Convenient for downtown Lismoee and the base hospital. Refurbished after the flood. But no windows so it seems like a gaol cell! All for $150 per night! And that is cheap for Lismore. Prices are out of control!
