This property is beautiful. The staff are super sweet and helpful. The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I walk to water everyday. There are some shops and food places around the hotel. I would stay here again.

Close to shopping center with walking distance, property has the resort style design. It's a pity that the swimming pool has cold water; if it were a heated pool, it would be perfect for family trips with children.

The room felt very very clean. We enjoyed the space as a family of 4 with 8 luggages. Breakfast options are good enough. Downside is the poop is a bit on the smaller side. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

We were visiting family, who live in Naha, but I booked this place in Ginowan because I wanted a spacious room for myself and my adult children. We definitely got a spacious room!! It had 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets, 2 showers, and a bathtub with a view of the ocean. And a kitchen! Convenience wise it's really quite well located. There's a large shopping mall right next to it, with a couple of eating options, conbini, and department stores. There's a beach a 1/2 mile down the road. There are a few restaurants right behind it (can I recommend 炭ト飯 晩餐 right down the street? An izakaya, but FANCY). From Naha it's not super convenient, and with all our bags our relative had to rent a van😩! We got by with our basic Japanese pretty well. Breakfast buffet was pretty good actually. Biggest downside: not enough outlets for 4 connected people, no outlets near beds. But there's a department store next door to buy extension cords 😅 We love Okinawa so much, even being there on the hottest day in the world can't dampen our enthusiasm. We will be back soon! (if we don't stay at Moon Ocean Ginowan, it's only to be closer to our relatives! But maybe I'll just rent a van and take the leap to driving).

We like the room separate to the living, also like the bath and shower with water temporature, also like the cooking stove too if we need. The best we love that is the best location not far to the city and American village and we can take shuttle bus without renting car but limited. Love the shopping centre and convinience store next to it. Only a little down is the breakfast buffet some foods were cold already like frech fries, bacon, eggs, etc. And food selection not as much as expected.

已經多次入住, 地點好, 附近有24小時超市, 百貨公司, 去那霸及新的Parco City也近. 房間大, 適合家庭. 服務不錯, 遺失了探熱針, 回港後電郵問回答沒有, 後來又打電話來說找到! 唯早餐選擇太小, 希望可以改善! Good location, there are superstore and 24 hour supermarket nearby. Close to Naha and the new Parco City. Room is big and good services. We lost the thermometer here, we sent email to ask and they said no. But later they call us again said they found it out. Not much choice for breakfast, hope it can improve!

This is a prefect place for stay in Okinawa, locationwise it’s close to convention Ctr shopping mall, just 2 mins walk pass the road there are 24-hr supermarket, family mart and even 24hrs restaurant, everything you need within the vicinity. Hotel is clean and rooms are super big in Japanese standard! The view is stunning overlooking the ocean, every room is sea facing and you won’t miss it. We stayed in one-bedroom suite room, the toilet and the shower is separated room which is convenient if you have few ppl staying together. Everyone was just prefect and nth to be complain about! Rooms are clean and we try hard to keep it in good condition too, wishing it’s still the same next time we go back! Highly recommended especially for family stay.

Room size is big and cozy. As my stay is from 31/12 - 2/1, this hotel has arranged different types of celebrating activities like free ramen at new year eve, sake breaking ceremony, rice cake making activity and lucky bag drawing for young kids on 1/1, all these activities are really fun to us. Staff are able to speak good English, also there are laundries on most of the floor (and free of charge, you only need to hive 50 yen to buy detergent at yhe front desk) which is definitely convenient to family like us. There are supermarket, Tokyo Hands, 西松屋 and Family Mart near the hotel, all of these are in walkable distance (just few minutes walk). Plenty of parking spaces in the hotel, just 10-20 minutes journey to Parco City.
