Hotel interior doors showed flood damage, mildew, smoke odor. Chair had dirt stains. Cigarette holes burned in bedspread. Room door showed evidence of break ins.

This has been my worst experience ever in life. I can’t believe Expedia would put their name on something like this. In Norway, this service has been shut down immediately. Given that this is the USA, we should expect higher standards. The fact that this hotel received an average rating of 4.8 out of 10 seems suspicious—it’s almost too good to be true. In my opinion, it’s more deserving of a 1 out of 10 rating. The website pictures didn’t match the room I received. The air conditioning was incredibly loud—I felt like I was inside a boat’s engine room. Additionally, there appeared to be a fire near the air conditioning system. The front door appeared to be open from the outside, and when it was dark, you could see imperfections. Unfortunately, this allowed creepy bugs and animals (mice/rats..) to enter freely. It’s disappointing that they didn’t split the bill with me. Perhaps replacing the front door with a shower curtain wouldn’t have made a significant difference. Regarding the cleanliness of the beds, although they appeared to be made, I still noticed nails, hair, and handprints. I’m uncertain if they were thoroughly washed. The smell was another issue—I’m not sure if it was mold or the scent of decay or sewer. The bathroom was the most unpleasant I’ve encountered. The broken and dangerous power outlet, along with the inconsistent water temperature, made the experience worse. My children asked me how many people have died in this room. If you enjoy roaches then this is the place for you . Low water pressure for the shower . The employees were great though . Excellent service from the staff , but the cocktoaches though. 1 star is just because of the service.

Room had roaches , spiders and nobody takes garbage or Change anything . They only give you hand towels not bath towels . No Wifi No ac in lobby so be ready to sweat while working in lobby . Worse I ever paid in years reception guy was nice .

This place was a total dump. There were people who let there kids stay in the pool all night. There were 2 families that stayed up all night around the pool and were yelling at there kids all night long. When we got there there were several cop cars tending to a tenet. When were leaving the fire dept was there because a guy overdosed by the pool. The room had roaches in it. When we got there the ac in the loby was not working.

It was different from the photos that they show in the webside. The place was dirty and the ac on the rooms is to small for the rooms.

Mold in the room couch was worn and dirty buckets outside the rooms to catch liquids from the air conditioner

Excelent location +++. The rooms are old and a bit worn down, but clean. The refrigerator did not work. Nice and clean pool. We stayed just one night as we were just passing by. Good deal for the price.

The property is nothing as displayed in the images. I would like a full refund, along with some form of compensation for the following inconveniences. Firstly, we visited about 3 rooms to find one that was in satisfactory condition, and none were. Secondly, we had to book another hotel on short notice, which was quite costly, and we drove for another 40 minutes to get there. We are TIRED, practically starving, and extremely uncomfortable.

IF THERE IS A ZERO RATING THEY WON. FLOORS WERE BEYOND FILTY, THE WHOLE ROOM WAS FROZEN IN TIME IN THE 1970S. THE SOAPS WERE THE SIZE OF A NICKLE.

I was only there for less than 30 minutes. The place is not only very old, not as shown in the advertisement, but also dirty and smelly. On the other hand, the manager changed my room because the key did not work to open the bedroom, so they gave me another bedroom that was in poor condition. For all these reasons my wife and I decided to look for another hotel. This was really a very bad experience

Staff was rude, room was not clean and the sheets were not cleaned/bed not made. Room smelled of mold and I was denied a refund

Was just a lay over from home to a cruise, but worked wonderfully for the 4 of us.

Would never ever stay in this place. Moldy, smelly, full of insects. I was insect bite ended up on antibiotics
