It is stated in Expedia that there is daylight cleaning and the do it every FOUR (4) days. Not even cups for coffee are cleaned. From my point of view, one double bed is not two single beds together. That is the meaning of double bed in this hotel. Two small beds togueter uncomfortable to sleep. It can be hot inside but not air-conditioner available. You open the window, mosquitos get it. Complicated situation. Gym is nice and convenient location. Walking distance from everywhere. Nice reception staff. Overall looks nice and clean place. The not refundable policy did not allow me to change my mind and go to other hotel.

Nice check in with Katarina, she offered a Rakija upon arrival which was a nice touch. The room was extremely clean. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water and didn’t leak out of the shower door so the floor didn’t get wet (sounds simple enough but many hotels can’t get it right!). Plenty of English TV channels with Serbian subtitles.

Fantastic staff. Lovely breakfast. Very clean and spacious room. No great views, neighborhood is undergoing renovations and has a lot of concrete architecture etc. but close walking distance to castle hill area, lots of shops, pedestrianized areas, bars, and other fancy hotels nearby. Great. Highly recommended

This hotel was a good value, but barely has the amenities for 4 stars. Bed was hard, exit light by door was fluorescent and couldn’t be turned off, shower stall was tiny. Convenient location if you need to park a car.

The Hotel Srbija Garden Ex Garni is located on a very busy street but extremely close to Republic Square, pedestrian shopping area filled with cool bars and fab eateries. Reception was efficient and the staff speak excellent English. The girl on reception was very friendly and supplied me with a map of the area and very clear instructions on how to get to the main tourist sightseeing spotsThe main doors lead into the reception area which is bright with its own small bar. Off to the back and a few steps down, is the self-service breakfast area offering all the usual juices, fruits, cold meats, cheese and eggs you would expect from a European hotel.My room was 1 level up and, thankfully faced the rear of the building. The room was well laid out, bright and spacious, with air conditioning. The room also had a safe, mini bar and tea / coffee making facilities. Bathroom featured a walk-in shower (no bath) with pristine white towels to hand.The hotel was busy and all the guests seemed happy with their surroundings.Taxi!!! Advise staff at the taxi desk (black & yellow check) close by the exit doors as you leave departure hall where you are going and they will provide you with a “taxi receipt” detailing exactly what you will pay. And have cash available, local taxis do not take credit cards. Genuine airport taxis will not accept you as a hire without this receipt.

Breakfast is 5€ per day per man. It is the only disappointment.Ill recommend not to take the breakfast, go eat outside, its better, and cost effective

The only difficult part was getting the luggage to the front door. You can't stop in front of the hotel o you have to walk about 1/2 block to get into it. The breakfast was good, room good and desk staff very helpful with everything.

Nice and clean hotel for the price - stayed here twice and am satisfied. Walking distance to Belgrade downtown. Good breakfast, but small breakfast area. Smoking is allowed in the lobby which is connected to the breakfast area and the cigarette smoke and smell is bothersome. Convenient parking in the hotels basement. Staff is mostly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. WiFi connection is very good and reliable. Minibar has cold drinks. The only drawback is the view - the quiet rooms, facing the backyard, face old and unkempt residential buildings. I havent stayed in street facing room so I do not know if the noise is a problem there, but those rooms do not have any view either - they face the buildings on the opposite side of the street. The view, and the smoking int he lobby, might be the only reasons why I might not chose the hotel again. Otherwise I would recommend it.

I really like Belgrade and as I only had a short time I used Serbian Heritage Tours and Snezana provided an excellent overview of history and current day life in Serbia. The fours hours were well spent and covered interesting topics and places.

Bar/ lounge staff were to be highly commended as they were professional and friendly and service was quick. Hotel room was basic, but not well taken care of as coming into new room some of toiletries were not replaced and package left open. The same thing I can say about room care. Cleaning persons forgot to make my bed the next day and left ordinary cover on chair instead of bed. TV did not function but I couldn't bother to ask reception to help as it was my last night and the only reason I was turning it on is because I couldn't sleep from the all the traffic noise outside. I did know this when I booked that hotel is on one of the busiest streets in Belgrade but from other guest reviews and hotel description , it appeared that it was soundproof but most definitely wasn't . I had tissues stuffed in my ears as I had not slept at all, maybe the rooms not on street like mine ere fine but if you get street rooms, prepare not to sleep .there are definitely more worthier places to stay in Belgrade , I unfortunately chose this for 'family' convenience 'and made a dreadful mistake

we were 3nights in the hotel, breakfast not included in the price, the hotel has a garage 10Euro per day, walking distance from the center.it was renovated 2 years ago including elevator.

Weak wireless at our corner room. The ACs in the hotel were somehow set to "winter mode" and it was awfully hot in our room, asked to change the mode but it was not possible, instead we were recommended to open the windows but the main street where the hotel is always noisy. Also, there is no separate place for non smokers at the reception area. Tables are just next to each other. Other than these, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, good location, close to major attraction within walking distance. Great breakfast with variety of items for everyone. The best part is underground PARKING

Although located on a very busy street, once inside the hotel is modern and well furnished. Comfortable quiet rooms (though we were located to the rear). We stayed for 2 days in June and enjoyed it.
