Safe place

Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 40-50 dollars for a hotel in a better area. People hanging out in the lobby/parking lot, dirty room, entire building is ran down. People hanging out in lobby turned out to be my neighbors..... there were like 8 people in there being obnoxious until 7 am when they started arguing and someone slammed on their door and attacked someone inside. Stay away.

Great!

Nothing it’s not unique maybe the bugs you might have never previously seen before. Desk was rude and unaccomidating. Bed sheets have burns and stains holes in the wall people up all night yelling unnameable smell

Srayed here twice now, each time felt safe and facilities were adequate. Will stay again for sure.

The room stuck

The room smelt funny the floors were dirty. You can tell they tried to paint over the black mold and water damage to the ceiling. Came around knocking and opening people doors at 1030 am when check out wasnt til 11. Felt like we were being rushed out.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, nice TV and AC. Right in front a Mall for our convenience. Its a shame that the room stinks like smoke and it was a "Non-Smoking" room and in the three nights stay I didn't have house keeping.

First I go to check in and they don’t even have my reservation or a room for me,despite the fact I had made the reservation MONTHS ago…so they find me a room and it’s a single bed for 2 dudes..would give me a better discount..the hotel itself smells like cleaning products and cigarettes which to a non smoker is repulsive..didn’t even get an apology..the only redeeming factor was the bed was super comfortable. They even gave me the ultimatum to take the room or sleep in my car....I’d prefer a refund

Walkable

The rat trap on the hallway was nit comforting to see. The smell of cigarettes coming through the wall was not good as well

Dirty environment

Its a simple hotel nothing fancy. It could use a comfortable chair in the room

The outside is well kept and clean. As you enter its sparse which is fine. Microwave in the lobby and a table for a coffee station. Bathrooms in main area were not accessible which is not ok given most oatron will have to go on arrival. The rooms are numbered weird...our room was no where near the normal numbering..ie 248 was not across the hall from 249 but might be beside 258 Rooms were sparse all fine...floors were visibly uneven under the "new" flooring Bathroom had a dirty wash cloth hamging iver the shower curtian rod. No hair dryer...no shampoo etc. Our keys stopped working on 2nd day as we were returning at 130 am... Noisy from room to room and in hallway

Great place to stay for the price

Room wasn’t ready when I arrived for check in so I had to take the key and come back. When I got to the room it was not that clean. Curtains were covered in dust, there was hole in the wall, floors were still a little dirty. The bathroom door didn’t stay shut because part of the door was broken. The whole place needs updating. I get you get what you pay for but I expected a little cleaner of a place. The walls are super thin could barely sleep because the room next to us had dogs that barked all night and I could hear everything going on out of the room.

Noisy smelly

They stole my clothes and shampoo, water bottle luckily I took everything else with me otherwise it would have been nightmare. Worst manager no concerns. Don’t go there they might kill you to steal everything

The room had a very bad mold problem.

Mold in the bathroom, people loitering outside, ceiling full of spots, smelled. Do not recommend!!! Stay away

Spacious room, shower was water dripping , the AC was water leaking, but the room was so big that was not a problem

I thought it was ok

It needs a bit of help. Bathroom leaked, tub slippery, room bare bones - no place to sit. It was ok for our needs just needed a place to crash after concert at Xfinity.

Awful

The staff is friendly, But the rooms are definitely not. We encountered mold around the room and have to sleep with mask. The only good thing this hotel has is a mall that is close to it. There were kids crying in the hall, people talking, dogs barking. The lock on the door felt really unsafe.

This place was a disaster. I set the alarm extra early so I could be out of there. But they allowed pets at no extra charge…… get what you pay for.

Needed a microwave without dressing to go downstairs. And towels and room floors were dirty.

The cleanliness and the condition of the property is not where it should be, but the location is very convenient.
