The staff went above and beyond during our youth church trip stay. They made us feel like family.

A place can be nice but it becomes amazing when there are wonderful people work there. Kamila the receptionist made this place amazing.

Really nice hotel. The staff were amazing, very helpful in every way. Average sized pool but we enjoyed it. The breakfast was good also. Perfect for short weekend stay.

The property was very old and outdated. Nothing really worked. Our key cards didn’t work when we first checked in and through out our stay we had to get them changed out three times. There was one lady that checked me in that was very nice and professional. But there was one guy that worked the overnight shift and I went down to ask for linen sheets for the pull out bed and he was sleep the entire time. I tried to wake him up several times and he half was woke up and then feel right back to sleep. I’m not sure if he had a medical condition or he was on drugs but he was very inebriated and out of it. I’m think he was on drugs. I paid over $400 for a three night stay and the WiFi never worked during the day and it barely worked at night. The tv was so old that the remote would barely work. The breakfast was very nasty and the food tasted awful and old like it had been there for months and it made my daughter stomach hurt after eating the food. The room was cleaned good when we got there we found mini bottles of alcohol from the last people that were there. We also had to pack all of our items to the room by hand because there were no trolley available because the were hidden behind the desk in the office. One of the rooms did not have a blow dryer and my daughter went to ask for one and the guy that was on drugs said he would get one and bring it to our room. We waited for 30 minutes and no one came. This by far the worst Marriott I have been to!!! months i

The Hotel is lovely, but the need to give the cleaning staff training on turning in work orders of things that need to be repaired or replaced. Things like this can affect your property.

Really nice staff. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times sadly it seems like it’s really getting worn out and the rooms on the top floor were super smelly like mold and bug spray I got moved to one time and the next room was just as bad and I really just didn’t have time to move around a whole bunch And figured it was just one night so I would deal with it

The room I was in was in much need of repair the sink in the bathroom was all cracked the cupboards were all chipped it was not like the first room I stayed in the first time.

Very friendly staff. Air conditioner was very loud tho so didn’t sleep well. Pillows were lumpy as well

Our stay was amazing from the start. We arrived in town early so we decided to go to our hotel. They had our room ready and checked us in early. The breakfast was health conscious and portioned right! Would definitely stay here in the future.

I always check for bugs under bed contour sheets. I'm sad to say I did find a bug at this location. The couch was clear, though! I grabbed an extra set of sheets from the front desk and slept on the couch.

The young lady at front office staff was very accommodating they let us check in early and was very attentive. All the service was great! This is a keeper!
