Plenty of close, well-lit parking. Nearby grassy areas for dog walking. Many fast food options nearby. My room was towards the front so there was lots of street noise. The window curtains were slightly torn off the rod so the bright outside lighting came in to the room.

Great parking right in front of our room, quiete place in town so we got some good sleep for the night.

The floors looked like relatively new laminate, but otherwise somewhat dated and worse for wear.
Bathroom light stopped working, shower curtain Rod about to fall from wall, bathroom tap control very loose. AC thermostat out of whack.

Conversation in adjacent room sounded like it was right beside me. If those folks had of been loud or stayed up late, would have been a long night.

The room was dirty. There was no soap and 2 empty bottles of shampoo. There was supposed to be breakfast but there was not and the office was closed when i left so i could not even get coffee as there is no coffee in the room.

Checking in was super easy and the front desk clerk was very nice. Large room very clean fridge, microwave, tv! Comfortable King Bed, good water pressure. Convenient location. Would stay there again.

Overall the stay here was very good! It was a wonderful place to stay on the way to Death Valley the next day. It’s located very conveniently next to a lot of things including stores and restaurants. Coffee maker was broken so they offered me a free voucher to Denny’s right across the street for a complementary breakfast and coffee. I thought that was a nice gesture. The only thing negative was the lock seemed to be very loose and looks like the screws were coming loose. Although I wasn’t uncomfortable in the neighborhood, it felt safe staying here, but it was just a little strange.

Nice, clean, well-kept, inexpensive, and comes with breakfast at nearby Denny's. Lunch & dinner options easy to walk to. We had never stayed in Ridgecrest, but if we're near here again we'll stay at this hotel...the next day we hiked in the nearby hills and visited Trona Pinnacles. All-in-all a great visit all around!

It seems as though the owner of this hotel is as cheap as can be. Only two pillows per bed even though it was a family check in. No coffee in room Only the lobby however the lobby coffee machine is broken. The lady at the counter told me she had no ink for her printer and couldn't get any because the owner is in India.

Nice room, but with issues. The refrigerator made noise all night long, and the walls are so thin that we heard our neighbors every move. No coffee service in the room at all. No Kleenex in the room. Also no plug available for the bathtub?!?

Check in was fine and the front desk clerk was friendly. Other than that, I was completely disappointed… not that I was expecting a lot. First room didn’t have a working television or remote. After getting a remote from front desk, got an error screen requiring directv access code. Front desk clerk tried to help but ended up moving me to a different room with two queens instead of the reserved king. Room was not particularly clean and had peeling caulking in the bathroom, cracked grout falling out between tiles, toilet paper roll was behind toilet nearly two feet away, water pressure wouldn’t have rinsed food off a dinner plate. It was a long day of driving and I just wanted a comfortable place to crash. Too much hassle for what was received.

Please move the toilet paper wall mount to the wall to the right of the toilet seat. Right now, it is placed on the back wall to the left of the toilet seat, making it very hard to reach.

Overall, not a bad hotel, my only complaint is it said it had complimentary breakfast that it did not have and also there was no coffee maker in the room.

The room was clean, and the bed, comfortable. The water temperature for the shower was not warm enough for my liking, and towels were small. Deadbolt was not functional. It took 2-4 tries to open the door with the key card.

When we got to property, they couldn’t accommodate us due to flooding at motel. Sent us somewhere else. After driving for 10 hours, this was a terrible experience. We are elderly and could not under the man at front desk. English was horrible.

This property was renovated recently. It is in excellent condition. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The breakfast option was most memorable. The water pressure in the shower was great and the AC was cold. There were a few areas in the room that could have been better. The pop-up drain cap to the bathroom sink was missing and there was a leak at the shower head.

When we arrived theyvwere very nice and alliwed us to check in early because we were having vehicle trouble.
But we asked for handicap accessible and they had none. Their add says they have laundry facilities. They have none. It costed me 8 dollars at the laundromat just to wash 1 load of laundry. Fortunately a gentlemen had extra time on his drier and i didnt have to pay for drying.
They have only coffee at the site. They give you a coupon for Dennys down the road. Which is fine.

Hotel was old and dirty. Cigarette smell in the corridor and rooms. We saw a bed bug in our room. Faucet was leaking. Overall not a good experience.

Staff was pleasant. They are new owners, so they are trying to update and remodel, so we took that into consideration. There was no coffee in lobby and king bed was very uncomfortable!. I hope in their remodel they get comfortable beds. Room was nice and big had a couple of chairs to sit in which was nice. Had frig and microwave. For the price it was really a nice room. Free breakfast voucher for Dennys was nice. I breakfast was awesome, good cooks!! Friendly staff. I will go vack if I am ever in that area again. Especially if they get comfortable beds.

Asked for a downstairs room because I am disabled. Had to take a room upstairs instead which was difficult to do stairs. They did find a downstairs room for our second day. Also, charged me more than was quoted to me but they refunded the difference.
