Definitely would stay here again the staff was nice..on check out I ask Gary if it would be ok to store our luggage has our lift wasn't due to the afternoon he was really kind and stored it for us the room we had was what we needed and good value for money.. thanks guys 👍👍👍👍👍

The property is comfortable clean a little dated. The staff were amazing helpful and friendly. The only couple of concerns the rooms are very hot and noisy from the pub downstairs. Fans in the room would be a great idea so you don’t have to have the window open.

Very clean room and quite big,but no breakfast included. Plus if you want peace and quiet this is not the place for you . Its above a pub which is very loud till late ,if we had known it was above a pub we would not of booked.

Lovely local place, great service from all but one of the staff who was miserable and rude, others were fabulous and couldn’t do enough for you. Room suited our needs, small for a family of 4 but was only used to sleep in. Room was clean, bedding and towels lovely and clean.

In the town , easy access, parking in streets limited but car parks close by , staff great? Room very good

Lovely team, very accommodating. Look after our bicycles in the back room. We certainly stay here again if I was in this neck of the woods. On downside are the noisy seagulls, however, thats the seaside for you, it can't really be helped.

two-night stay, the room was nice with ensuite can get noisy as there is a pub downstairs but was not at all bothered .central location so ideal would use again

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were pleasant during check-in room was clean with en suite. Not a place for families as over a fairly lively bar but just what we were looking for. Pub below had a good range of drinks and the food seemed very popular although we didnt eat there. Short walk to the sea front.

Room was spacious and bed was really comfy. The venue is actually a pub, and it looks like a "locals" pub - so it can get noisy in the evenings. Overall good value for money, and fairly central to the town centre.

Above the pub. Access to outside via back gate which was much appreciated rather than having to trapse through pub. Expected parking bit had to park on road - not many options plus one hour time limits outside 6pm-8am. Very comfy bed, workspace and large bathroom

Was a good location in a vibrant pub but wasn’t noisy at all. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was spacious and everything worked as it should have. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Older building but the rooms have been refurbished. Rooms are above a busy bar, a bit of noise round closing and don't tell your partner any secrets, people next door will hear!! Very friendly and helpful staff, we ate in the bar in the evening, good quality pub food. Outside seating area at the entrance, seems like a popular watering hole.

We knew it would be basic accommodation for the price we paid, on arriving was disappointed it was a pub , not hotel, checking in was ok, the first night was horrendous, had no sleep at all, with noise from outside clientel, one man who obviously had experienced it for three nights, was not pleased to say the least, our tv was not working, requested twice for them to sort it out, did on our last day, not quick to replenish hospitality in our room, mirror light does not work, cabinet door falling apart, decor could do with updating, staff were pleasant enough, sum it up, would not go back

Central to amenities in Burnham on sea . Lovely food and drink on site. Friendly staff . comfortable bed.

The bathroom door didnt shut in the room,childs bed put next to the radiator that was constantly on,carpet grippers come through the carpet and we were locked out,my husband had to jump the wall to gain access.
