Best hotel in Vietnam! Staff goes above and beyond. Hotel is CLEAN! Beach is CLEAN! Property is CLEAN! Why this is not a 5-star hotel is beyond us. The rooms are large, CLEAN and modern. The food is amazing too. We have ZERO complaints only highest praises. We have stayed many places in Vietnam and this was hands-down by far the best. We will be back and recommend to everyone.

Resort was beautiful! They upkeep it quite nicely and the pools were awesome. Everything was very clean and easy to get to. They also partner with a company to do a tour of the Mui Ne attractions which you can ask about and are picked up at the hotel.

Everything is good but the mosquitos quite a lot!

Best value for money. My room had an issue with hot water but they handled this issue with their best. It’s quite impressive!

Clean and beautiful beach resort. Service is excellent. Especially Miss K. Anhl and another staff who booked the white sand dune for us. Both speak fluent english. We stayed in connecting room which is clean and smell of lemongrass. Pls bring some mosquito repellent.

Resort was ok with a private beach, location a bit secluded.

When I arrived at the hotel earlier than I thought, it was a terrible situation.We were able to eat and check in with the help of several staffs.Especially, ahn was nice to help kindly.

Great customer service, great breakfast buffet with one of my favorite bowls of pho in all of Vietnam, great fruit selection, beautiful pool and private beach area made this stay so so enjoyable. A short taxi ride to other Mui Ne attractions. The hotel helped us to set up our trip to the sand dunes as well.

The resort was overall a great experience. Definitely the superior of the two resorts I stayed in this time around. The staff was very attentive and remembered preferences from one day to the next. The level of English spoken was quite a high proficiency in all costumer facing staff members. Everyone was very friendly as well. A stand out moment was two days before arriving receiving an email warning of a recently common scam bike taxis were running at the bus stop and to contact them to arrange a taxi which they promptly did. Very happy with that particular touch. It showed a level of consideration for guest experience that expanded beyond the grounds of the resort. Staff members Hoa and Anh were great standouts who helped make my stay better. The resort was clean, the grounds were very attractive. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a lay by the pool/beach vacation.

Bad breakfast options and poor quality food in general. No sun loungers ever available by the pool. Service was poor in general.NOTE after we complained we were moved to a superior room and given free drink vouchers. All staff knew who we were and made more of an effort to provide a good service. Unfortunately it should have been like this from the start.

What a beautiful hotel with a swim up pool right by the sea. The resort was so incredibly clean and the attention of the staff was second to none. We had a few issues when we first arrived as they clearly hadn’t read our additional requests that we had submitted via Expedia. We requested three single beds as we were three female adult family members travelling together but we were provided with two double beds. We were moved to another room but the third bed was a roll away / camp bed which I didn’t think was appropriate for a luxury stay at a resort. I made further representations and we were eventually provided with inter connecting rooms (one double and one twin) which more than made up for the inconvenience caused. The rooms were lovely and the staff were very attentive. The only negative points were that it was slightly more remote due to the location but then if you are hoping for something low key and a bit more out of the way then this is your place. The only thing that I felt let down the hotel was the food. The menu was very extensive, catering for different nationalities but I think it suffered as a result of this as some of the dishes were not very nice and, on occasion, cold. It was also on the expensive side as the resort was a bit of a captured market. There was building work going on when we were there, which I was concerned about but I hardly noticed it and it didn’t impact on my stay. All in all it was a lovely resort.

Very nice view of this hotel because the beach can see the sunrise. And the staff very helpful and very nice. Still have shuttle bus go to city or center or red sand. Environment are very good.

We took 5 hrs travelling from Saigon airport to muine using private car transport. It will take even more by taking public bus. We stay in bungalow with garden view. Room is huge with big bathroom. Hotel staff are great people. They are so helpful and getting feedback from guest to ensure they are enjoying their best in the resort. Breakfast is good, delicious and sufficient. Nice beach, no strong current compared to beaches at ham tien areas. It deserves a 5 stars resort

Nice hotel , close to the beach. Staffs are very honest. I left my wallet in the room after check out. I called after a few hours and they found it and returned it to me. Thanks

Beautiful location, gardens and pool/beach area is amazing. Staff are very friendly. Any problems or issues and they will help you out and be very responsive and attentive. They also do a free shuttle bus in and out of town a couple times a day which was handy as it is a bit out of the way but this is what we wanted, a few days peace at the beach. Hadgood stay.
