I never stayed, I arrived to the hotel and was told that their only 2 rooms available were still dirty and that I was overbooked.

Shot in the dark…evacuating bc of Helene. Room not ready for check-in until 4:30 pm. Ironically, they were waiting for the floor to dry, which was filthy, so I’m not sure what they mopped with. They required a $100 deposit for “incidentals/damages”. This was strange. The window had a blind, no drapes, so the light from the parking lot lit up the room at night. Mold-mildew in several places on the ceiling and in the shower/tub. The room just felt dirty. Fortunately, I brought my own linen and pillows. The lobby also felt unclean. They were storing boxes of TP and other supplies in the lobby. I didn’t brave the “breakfast”. Water backed up in the tub during shower. The exterior of the hotel was a little rough. Checking in and checking out was painful; took way too much time. They literally called the housekeeper to check my room before returning my $100 cash deposit. Not sure what kind of activity they have had in the past to warrant this deposit process. all in all, super sketchy and dirty.

The floor was black with filth. It was terrible. Then the clerk said she could not do anything for me because I used a third party. They still owe me 100 credit back on card. They accused me of stealing towels before I even checked out.

Don’t waste your money if you are used to clean, comfortable, well designed, and accommodating place. Just pay a little more - it will be worth it. Rude front counter women, smashed elbow on poorly placed shop bar in a tight shower, water floods out of the shower, tv didn’t have remote - got that….found out why no remote - tv didn’t work. I used a towel on the floor to clean up some water and it was pitch black!

The floors were very dirty and behind the headboards we saw a dozen or so dead bugs. There was a guy who lived in 1 of the units asking for a ride to the liquor store and was creepily staring at the females who walked by. He was also listening to loud music while he fixed his vehicle in the parking lot. We had 3 rooms as there was 10 of us that went on this trip and we felt very unsafe and it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Excellent customer service but facilities require an upgrade. Upon arrival, I found Expedia had not provided the reservation. The clerk, Carrie was super helpful and friendly. Sadly the room had dirty sheets and comforters, which Carrie promptly replaced but the tub also was clogged and took forever to drain, curtain wouldn't close so water got on the floor and the base tile in the bathroom fell off. On the plus side beside Carrie, there was a new AC so the room was extra cold. We stayed only one night.

For the price, the property was exceptionally well kept up and clean and the staff was very friendly. Just as a note, they do not refresh the room daily unless you ask for it.

Took three tries to find a suitable room - 1st room had a broken blind, 2nd room had a strong smoke odor - clerk said it was a “non-smoking” room although there were no signs in the room labeling it as such. 3rd room was acceptable. Front desk clerk not the friendliest. Breakfast was excellent & morning staff were super friendly & cheerful.

One of, if not the dirtiest places I've EVER stayed. Floors were incredibly grimey, like they hadn't been mopped in weeks.
My wife took a wet towel across the floor and it was BLACK.
Wad of hair found in bed linens. Bath tub didn't drain well and the bathroom was overall dirty as well.
Continental breakfast was alright, waffles were good.
Would never stay here again though, absolutely disgusting floors. Couldn't let our toddler down.

We were staying for an overnight stay and it was a great experience. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. The room was cold when we entered and everything was clean. I liked that they had no carpet on the ground floor. If I come back to the area I will not hesitate to stay here again.

I checked into the motel not realizing it was a motel where you had access to the rooms from outside. After I realized that, I let the front desk manager know that I would need a 1st floor room. She worked hard and was able to accomodate me. Her name is Hannah and I truly appreciate what she did to make sure I had a 1st floor room. Very nice hotel for the price.

As soon as we arrived we were nicely greeted by very friendly front desk employee Sara. The room was newly remodeled so everything seemed clean and big. Lots of pillows and a nice mattress. TV had a load of channels. Area around the hotel seemed clean and safe. The best part was their hot breakfast with loads of choices from poached eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravey, yogurt, waffles, orange and apple juice and even chocolate milk and once again Sara was very friendly and polite. By far the best Econo Lodge we ever stayed at. I almost never leave reviews but I had to leave one here.

Overall it was ok. The room was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the water was hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The AC didn’t get very cold, the TV didn't work and there was a ton of parking lot noise which made it hard to sleep. It served it's purpose for a good price.

It was an okay room for our few hours we stayed there. I chose it because of the breakfast advertised and was disappointed they did not have any of the hot options (waffles, eggs, etc) and no tables/chairs to eat. Apparently they were remodeling.

Bed was okay is all i can say about this place. Floors were filthy dirty, hardly any toilet paper, coffee maker had moldy coffee pod in it, holes in the walls, toilet seat was broken, outside of building was dirty.
