Elevator out due to tiling floor. Had to carry bags upstairs. Ended up routed outside in rain all around hotel to get anywhere. Tub stopper didnt work. Hair dryers are 30 years old. Hot tub and pool closed.

So the hotel is going through some major renovations. I would have thought that if they were still welcoming guests then more could be done to hide all the work and mess. The gal who checked us in was pretty unfriendly and preoccupied. No friendly welcome at all. On a positive note, the room was great and the breakfast delicious.

Nice hotel. It was under renovation, which meant the back door lock was not working, which I wish they had told me as I had to walk around the hotel at 6:30am Otherwise nice facility and friendly staff.

The rooms were nice, beds were a bit too firm, and the biggest issue, ironically due to the picture, the pool and spa were out of order.

this IHG hotel in Red Bluff was amazing. It was easy location to freeway, to restaurants and for parking lot. The front staff were great. The breakfast was very good. The rooms, beds and shower / bathroom amenities were SO great! Comfy bed and great pillows. Dove brand shower and bath products - so nice! Thanks for a great stay!

My room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. This hotel is not fancy, but it was just what I need for a good night’s rest and a decent breakfast to get me started. Everything was clean and well-stocked. I will definitely stay here again.

When you walk into the building, it appears to be quite lovely. However, as you go further up into the building, it was very gross. The room smelled like feet, there was stains on the desk chair and carpet, and there was garbage between the nightstand and bed. We do not recommend.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The room was very nice, the bathroom was clean and the dining area for breakfast was roomy and comfortable. The free breakfast offered biscuits and gravy, sausages, hot links and a good variety of what you would want in the morning. I loved the eco-friendly touches of dispensers for bath products instead of small plastic bottles and the shade provided by solar panels in the parking area. Everyone is friendly and it’s a great value.

Excelente stay! The location is perfect nice little town clean and quite. The hotel was great rooms were nice good size, clean, all your necessities on hand and the bed was really comfortable nice blackout curtains! Breakfast was excellent!! Will definitely come back when ever in the area.

The pool was very dirty. And it was inside and it was so hot in there it was like a sauna, the kids hated it, and the reason we picked it was for the pool.

Property is run down. Needs a makeover. Refrigerator didn’t work. Front desk was wonderful in trying to problem solve.

Property phoned 1.5 hours before arriving to let us know there were no king bed room as booked. Asked if 2 queens would be ok, we agreed. We arrived 1.75 hours at midnight and they sold our room without any notification and did zero to accommodate us. They did not have any rooms. The front desk took 10 minutes at check in to fess up.

We could plug in our rental car for no extra charge was awesome the staff was super nice and amazing when my special needs daughter accidentally leaked threw her diaper and stained their sheets n blanket i was emotional cause most place would make you pay for it but the lady at the front said it was no problem and they dont charge for that type of stuff. My kids loved the pool and gym too

The hotel was nice, walking in everything looked upto date. Until we get into the room, the fitted sheets had some stains on them. I went to the front desk and the guy gave me a new sheet to put on but the “queen” size fitted sheet he gave me was half the size of the bed. Unless I was putting it on wrong but it doesn’t take a genius to put on a fitted sheet. I went back down 2more times to exchange the sheets but he kept giving me the wrong size, until the fourth time I went back down, I just asked him for a king size instead and it worked. The alarm clock was set at 7am which was a rude awakening from traveling all day the night befor. There was a few stains on the curtains and the walls but other than that the two nights we stayed was good.Breakfast in the morning was good and we had the pool and spa to ourselves for a few hours which was pretty cool.
