Room was pretty basic, but clean & roomy. The location was spectacular, beautiful view on the water. Outdoor deck and beach area was nice, staff was friendly

The site was clean and the staff very friendly and always smiling. Rooms were nice and clean.

Area was nice. Nice being steps away from the water. Literally steps away! Public beach and parking right down the road! Like 1 minute drive! Room was fairly clean. Beds were squeaky, and not to comfy. But fine for the 1 night stay. Lots of spider webs on our private deck. But it was great sitting there relaxing at night listening to the waves. And watching the sunrise from it. Breakfast was limited. Make your own waffles, yogurt, bagels, toast, 2 kinds of ceral, and some fruit, coffee machine, and apple/orange juice machine. Ive been to better places. But i would stay again. It was my first time in Plymouth

Love the ocean view.

The room was very nice. Larger than most. Large bathroom. Well kept room. Clean, upgraded recently. We had an ocean view room on the second floor. No elevator. One would have been nice. I have a bad knee. Very large patio with lots of seats to look at the ocean. Outside window at the bar. That was a nice thing. Stairs to get to the water. One bad thing. The mattress was lumpy. The box spring was squeaky. They are ready for replacing. Other than that, very nice place..

Rooms were very dark - no hook or shower light in bathroom - mold in the shower Outside is spectacular ocean view and beach The past owners many years ago kept this place impeccable but it is not like that anymore sad to say

The only reason to stay at this motel is the beach location - without that, you’d never pay what they’re asking for this motel. Highly overpriced.

Clean an neat.. beautiful beach

This would be a great hotel if they didn’t have all of the stupid rules like no smoking anywhere on the property, and if you bring beverages from home, you can’t drink them on the deck because you have to buy beverages from them!! Also, the fact that it is not pet friendly, and there are no rugs on the floors in the hotel rooms so your feet hit bear cold floors!! I think the new owners of this hotel really need to rethink a lot of their rules and regulations and maybe think about doing things the right way!!!

This property is located right in the water, unique to the area from what I could tell. It’s definitely dated, but they keep it clean.

It’s a great hotel that needs a little upkeep. The location is ideal for us since it’s close town but away from the hustle and bustle and the noise that the town offers. We loved our room on the second floor with the balcony however I wish the balcony was a little nicer. The wood trim detracts from the view and looks a little old. We will definitely be back. It was very peaceful.

Poor noise control between rooms. Could hear normal conversation of room next to us. Woke up baby sleeping. Room above also could hear stomping all hours of the night.

I wish there was conditioner in the shower. There was only shampoo. Very quiet. Beautiful deck on the backside of the hotel.

This was a nice place to stay. A little pricey, but the staff was accommodating, location was great, and it was on the Beach! Our room was pretty modern and large. Bonus, they have a pool and hot tub, although the hot tub is pretty small.

The beach view is fantastic from the rooms! Very affordable considering all the other options in the area!

Place was Immaculate. The view was magnificent. People could not have them friendlier. Had a great time!

The Harbor views were amazing!!!

The scenery to the ocean was beautiful, but there was not an easy way to get down to the water without climbing down one steep staircase. The beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever tried to sleep in, and that includes the pillows. The staff expected us to wear A concert type band on our wrists the entire stay so that they can monitor who is using the pool or sitting on the property. It all felt very juvenile. too many rules and not enough amenities for the price I won’t be going back. The last thing I want to mention is that housekeeping is only scheduled every three days so when you run out of toilet paper, you’ve gotta hope somebody’s in the front office and you can hunt some down.

Low key and excellent price point given location. Right on the water and at low tide has an adequate sandy small private beach. Town beach is a short drive or walk along a road away for those desiring more beach front at high tide. Lovely pool and jacuzzi. Lounges and tables above beach give resort feel. Room was very clean (appreciated faux wood flooring). Staff very friendly and eager to ensure pleasant stay. Will definitely return.

The beach is very closed. Nice personal.

Just wanted an ocean view. We had that but we also couldn’t shut off the lights on the balcony. Had that all night. Plus opening the sliding door to get on the balcony was very difficult. Once we got it open it was almost impossible to close.

The best part is the water view nice and relaxing. The bad was an older female yelling at someone outside behind the building and a small barking dog in room next to us. Thought this was a no pet hotel
