Liked everything about the property! Great location!

sofa beds in general are not high quality bedding, but the Sable room had a sofa bed that was among the WORST QUALITY BED. POOL was freezing cold. Staff was ok.

Walking distance from the beach.

The units are very comfortable, look to be recently renovated, had everything we needed. The pool area very nice with lots of seating. The location is great- just a walk across the street to the beach. And many restaurants close by. Staff was very nice, helpful and good communications.

Property and room were clean, pleasant, and in a great location. Only drawback, no beach towels in unit. Problem was handled fast.

This is a cute place with a very Florida feel. Each unit has private outdoor space, which was nice. The location was perfect, very close to walk to the beach (just across the street practically). Shannon, who works there, was extremely nice and took care of every request quickly (for towels etc.). My only real con was that my unit had pretty weak water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed our stay.

The place was very cozy and nice. For the good of the neighborhood, there is new construction goings-on next door. They start early and can be a little noisy. That's progress.

We had a easy check in- great communication- Super Clean! Very comfortable accommodations- close to shops and food! We love it here!!! Also- the home amenities were perfect.

The property is somewhat dated. The pool and decking needs maintenance and/or renovation. The tile and concrete is broken in spots and the filtration system emits a mysterious frothy substance that ruled out swimming for us. The bathroom floor was dirty. The vents were musty and needed cleaning. The doorlocks were ancient and certainly no deterrent to a determined burglar. In short, we learned that there were numerous choices in vacation rentals that were nicer, newer and better maintained or updated.

Property manager called the cops on us because someone complained about my family and I talking outside our room. This made our stayed very uncomfortable because, we were not loud at all. The people that complained were very rude and racist because it bothered them that we were speaking Spanish. Also the manager said that check out was at 10:00 am which we were Not aware of. But she said in a very rude way. Definitely not worth the money! You basically paying just to go to sleep and not to enjoy your stay, since it feels they are watching what you do all the time. I would not recommend palm tree villas.

Loved the contactless check-in and that the room looked and smelled clean upon arrival. We felt like we had a private little oasis, and we felt like we had the resort to ourselves!

Overall pretty great. Slept comfortably. Only a couple of small issues. Water pressure in the shower was fine but really low in sinks. Lots of light switches that did nothing. Never figured out how to turn on ALL of the lights. One light just flickered w very low light. Pool was ok. Free laundry access! Free parking. Lovely area.

Everything was great including the service our host was available late at night!

Extremely rude and discriminatory towards one of our disabled guests that had a service dog! Owner broke several federal laws when she accosted and berated our disabled daughter and her service dog. She was extremely rude even though we calmly explained our daughter had a service animal (protected by federal ADA law) and even that our daughter was only visiting us for a short few hours after spending the afternoon at the beach with us. Our daughter was extremely distraught by the situation and accusations. The owner was very rude and kept arguing with our daughter despite us informing her several times. We paid well over $25k for a professionally trained service dog that was CLEARLY identified and under perfect behavior and the owner kept accusing my daughter of breaking the rules because it wasn’t a “seeing eye dog” and that’s the “only kind of service dog she allowed” which goes against all the federal and local laws regarding service animals. The owner also threaten to charge our credit card with a fine. We WILL NEVER RETURN! And if I’m fact she attempts to charge us, we will seek legal action for discrimination.

Owner is was very welcoming. Villa was like home with pretty much everything we needed. This Cozy tropical get away was good for the soul!

Great location, amenities, and stay. It’s not lavish, but it has all the necessities you need on vacation. We’ll definitely return.

Beautiful, quiet, private, extremely clean property. Great location, 2 min walk to beach. This was our 2nd stay and WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Palm Tree Villas was very relaxing, private, quiet, and clean. The property was well maintained and the property manager was very responsive and friendly. Palm Tree Villas are very close to an uncrowded beautiful beach and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to returning next year. Palm Tree Villas was amazing. The villa was amazing, clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Ms. Gabrella was amazing. Would definitely be back soon.

Not so great overpriced as far as we are concerned. Very small studio room behind office. Dishes are very sparse one coffe cup, no recycle bins, and floor had not been vacuumed.

What a wonderful our family had staying here! We felt extremely welcome and every question we asked was met wiyh a knowledge answer. From the beach supplies to the home away from home feeling, we would not hesitate to make the Palm Tree Villas a yearly family tradition!

I am soooo glad that I chose this place and I will definitely stay here again if I go back. The service was wonderful. We saw that owner about 2 or 3 times during our 2 night stay and she made sure to ask us each time how things were going and if there was anything that we needed. The pool is very private, the apartment was very clean, the beach is right across the street. There are chairs, towels, and umbrellas supplied along with a wagon to cart things over in. How convenient is that?! The island itself is beautiful..that goes without saying. You can walk from the Gulf side over to the bay in about 10 minutes. Very beautiful. I would Highly recommend this place to anyone! Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.
