Amazing hotel and location, value for money. Would highly recommend

Big, beautiful room , and quiet. That was good. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Like others said, I was never able to log on to the Internet. Parking was free. Hotel was a bit difficult to find. Overall well worth the price.

Amazing suite with loads of room. Real sense of luxury. Comfortable, clean and designer touches throughout.

So disappointed with the stay. Long in-check and service almost non-existing. I had to ask the staff in the desk several times for the bed for our little child which I had booket with the stay AND double-checked the day before that I was sure to have a bed for our child!! It was confirmed in e mail by the hotel! First time I asked for the bed they looked confused. I was told it would be in our room later. By dinnertime it still wasn’t and I asked again in service. (They did not give us any follow up..) now there was no bed! We have a little child who has to sleep!! But the staff promised to find out something for us. We would expect to a 4 star hotel that we would hear from the staff again so we knew what to do. But they seemed to have forgotten about us. The hours went by and almost 3 hours!!! Later when we all had gone into bed trying to sleep somehow the staff came with a bed!! Some of it. We had to wait again for the last bit of it and by 11 in the evening!!! Way past bedtime for our child we could go to sleep. So bad with no information or follow up!!

Nice and luxurious hotel in the centre of Clervaux. Pity about the AC and the pillows, otherwise this hotel would have perfect.

Our room was on the first floor with 5 windows over looking the buzy square. I felt very exposed and uncomfortable. You had to close the curtains to get dressed or if coming in or out of the bathroom. It would be simple to put up privacy curtains or frosted glass. This aspect spoiled our stay.

Had a great stay over Easter Weekend. Lovely hotel and town! The room was nicer than expected (we had a Junior suite). Breakfast was good. The only downside was the pool/spa was very crowded. I would definitely stay again the next time in in the area.

Had a great stay as usual. The pool and the sauna were open despite the measures. The rooms are very classy.

This was a beautiful hotel our suite was stunning the only criticism is the room had no kettle. Location was fantastic

The hotel, room, and staff were all exceeding of our expectations. The room was comfy, spacious, and had plenty of amenities. The pool and spa area was very nice and relaxing. The pool was a bit small and seemed to struggle to accommodate the amount of people there. There was a slight hiccup with housekeeping not having our room ready by 15:00 but the lady checking us in went out of her way to make sure we were still happy and comfortable while we waited an additional 15 or so minutes. It really wasn't an issue.

This was a poorly designed place with strange furnishings and lighting. The receptionist that greeted us was very unprofessional. The breakfast was very good.

great staff in restaurants with delicious food breakfast and the Italian restaurant. room pretty and comfortable but shower door came off hinge (i am a 5 foot tall and 120 lb female-not that strong). but the worst was the unwelcoming beginning to our stay. No parking. drove up to front of hotel. no lobby, no bellman/valet. we had to leave the car and take the elevator up to a dingy office to check in and beg for help with our baggage. Parking garage has a rough angle to get into, difficult to maneuver. Spots are tiny. Not a 5 star experience.

Large, clean, comfortable, modern room. Maybe too modern. I was unable to convince the thermostat that I wanted the room cooler. Reception advised me to do what I had already discovered after several hours of no change. Eventually the temp dropped 1 degree overnight. I was unable to find a wall switch to activate the outlet connected to the coffee maker in the morning. I gave up in frustration. The hotel has also managed to design boutique signs which fail to clarify anything. It took three help requests to find reception when we arrived. I suppose I could just be stupid, but I had no problems with the first 37 days of my trip and all those hotels. Could have been a five star rating but I found it too irritating to return. Breakfast was pretty good.

Absolutely blown away by how gorgeous and luxurious this hotel is!! After being crammed into typical tiny hotel rooms around Europe for the week prior, we were pinching ourselves when we entered our room. It was so spacious, so comfy. We didn't want to leave, and agreed we would come back to spend a week. The town was refreshingly free of tourists, so we got to enjoy a real breather, living like a local for the day. Considering we paid the same here for our room as we did for a 'matchbox' in Paris, Clervaux Boutique & Design Hotel was outstanding.

Very nice hotel in a perfect state. Very picturesque setting an hour drive away from Luxembourg. Hotel personal is very nice and it's very quit in the small town.

Design hotel, nicely furnished, not always practical tough. The sauna area is great, the pool and Jacuzzi had too cold water. If you want some spa services, book it way ahead your arrival, they are fully booked. Staff is very nice, helpful. Pleasant weekend overall.

The hotel was a fabulous surprise, and absolutely wonderful. The only difficulty we had was initially finding it, we drove past it a few times...and securing parking.

Such a beautiful location and friendly, professional staff. The breakfast was delightful and the room itself was well appointed with great amenities.

This was probalbly the best place We have ever stayed. Just plain luxurious. A small living room, bedroom, & huge bathroom. Very nicely decorated (and very clean of course). We loved it here. A hotel of your dreams.

Superb hotel. Just one small detail which is easy for the hotel to adjust. In the shower, there is a soap dish to put soap in - perfect. As a woman, I had nowhere, except the floor, to put my hair shampoo and conditioner - maybe an easy to install metal shelf/cage structure just big enough to put shampoo & conditioner near the soap dish! ;)
