Love the villa and in a great area close to everything rooms and pool are great just needs a refresher which looks like they are doing. Staff are excellent would definitely stay there again.

It has been a week since we returned home from Bali but we are still very much buzzing with excitement. We were fortunate enough to see and try many wonderful new things, but it is our apartment/villa and the hospitality from the staff at KoenoKoeni that really elevated the whole experience into a best vacation we ever had. Let us start with the staff: Everyone was incredibly kind, accommodating and patient. From our first online interaction with Tya through our ride to the villa with Ben (thanks for everything Ben) and throughout our time at the hotel, we were listened to, felt appreciated, given amazing dining advice, tour suggestions and first and foremost - given incredible service. Every breakfast at the villa was an event - there is a wide menu to choose from (ranging from 'sausage and eggs' to Indonesian breakfast faves) and it will brighten up your day and give you the necessary energy so you can take in all the beauty around you. Premises were kept impeccably clean during our stay all the while we were given ample amount of privacy and discretion. The venue was borderline magical - spacious bedroom with a beautiful tall pyramid like ceiling (a Balinese architectural staple) with several outdoor showers, an amazing pool and a small but very luscious garden. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Koenokoeni Villa and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The villa was equipped with incredibly spacious rooms that were not only comfortable but also well air-conditioned. The level of service provided by the staff was truly outstanding, making our stay even more enjoyable. While the villa had many commendable qualities, there was one aspect that tended to be a slight letdown - its location. As mentioned on their website, they were supposed to provide a courtesy shuttle service. However, during our nine-day stay, we discovered that this service was only available if they had a driver present. Unfortunately, this was the case only once. Despite this small inconvenience, I would still highly recommend Koenokoeni Villa for its overall excellence. The rooms were spacious and cozy, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The air-conditioning worked flawlessly, providing much-needed respite from the tropical climate. What truly made Koenokoeni Villa stand out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived until our departure, their hospitality was truly remarkable. Although the lack of availability of the courtesy shuttle as mentioned on their website was disappointing, it did not overshadow the otherwise fantastic experience at Koenokoeni Villa. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Great and kind staff , clean room , very quiet and private

Great location & well presented property. We stayed in the 3 BR villa, it was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach and a little longer walk to the shops & restaurants. It’s in a quieter location which is nice. Very clean & has everything you need.

This was our first trip to Bali and we couldn't fault Koenokoeni Villa. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach or Seminyak Village. Lovely quiet clean private villas - perfect for when you want to get away from the tooting and noise of the streets. The staff were amazing. Friendly, efficient and accommodating. We had massages at our villa everyday of our holiday. Highly recommend. Our stay was perfect.

Super convenient location which was quiet and easy walking to good spots. Staff were very friendly and happy to assist with blue bird if shuttle not available. Room was excellent and very private. Overall great spot for our first trip to Bali.

The hotel was not overall bad. Everyone was pretty friendly. However, the hotel itself is very rundown. The bathrooms were not really that clean, and the maintenance of the room was subpar. The pool had a light that was burnt, and they said they were going to change it and never did. Food was awful, would NOT recommend to eat there, there are plenty of options nearby that are good, or you can easily order a grab. The hotel had a shuttle that drops you off nearby. However, when we tried to request it the second day, supposedly the driver was not there. We requested it twice, once at around 11am, and the other one around 2pm. I was told the driver has not arrived to the hotel yet, but I was frustrated because why would you offer a service to then not be available. Overall Its not a bad place, but its definitely not a 5star hotel. Closer to 2.5/3stars. Having the pool outside was nice, but overall the rooms are not well maintained. They give you a little kit with insect repellent, some toothbrush etc, which was a nice touch

A tranquil oasis. Great sized villas and pools. Super convenient to all the amazing restaurants, cafes and shops of Seminyak. Really friendly staff. Would stay again.

Large bedroom plus large living room plus private pool. A little bit of paradise. Very nice staff. Car available to take you to local places. Don’t miss this gem.

Fun layout with courtyard and pool in the middle of the Villa. Fantastic location to walk to beach and Seminyak cafes. Staff friendly and efficient. Will stay again.

From check in to check out everything was absolutely perfect. The villa was spacious clean and amenities were incredible. The food and service provided at the property was absolutely delicious and very friendly, always with a smile Front office staff was very helpful and incredibly professional We will be back and will recommend this property to all our friends

When we first arrived at the villa I ticked very poor check in experience for the review… I actually made a mistake and thought I was reviewing the airport arrival experience… I have tried to correct this but were un-able too…. We apologise for this.. But this place was amazing… the most friendly staff..they were a pleasure to see every morning.. rooms cleaned on time and every time and very clean… they always leave the room with plenty of water everyday… The gardens are beautiful and perfectly maintained rain hail or shine… Perfect location and lots of good shopping and restaurants in the area… We have stayed in many villas during our times in Bali but definitely rate this the best hands down…. Thank you to all the staff and gardeners for your awesome hospitality… see you all soon

Wonderful

This stay was so amazing from start to finish! The private pool especially was so beautiful in person and was cleaned every morning! All the staff were also so lovely and made sure to accomodate all of our requests our needs. The location was perfect too and a walking distance to popular restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

There was room for 3 adults. We loved the Villa. Close enough to the beach, 5 minute walk.

Terrific in every way . The only knock on this place is that it’s a 15 -20 min walk to most of the restaurants in semi yak square . Other than that can’t fault it .

We loved our stay here- the location was close to lots of the popular dining options while still being nice and quiet as it is tucked away down a quiet road. The Villa was stunning (I especially loved the outdoor shower) and was excellent value for money. The staff were all lovely and our room was regularly serviced- we will be staying here next time we return to Seminyak ☺️

A great space to relax in private. Beautiful pool, villa serviced every day to a high standard, great breakfast. Easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants.

Great place to stay. Staff, service and villas were lovely. Breakfast was good and we got free shuttle service to the airport. Some of the wooden deck near the pool at our villa had some wear and tear and could use a changing. Other than that nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were all incredible. They truly are the warmest people we’ve met. Too many names to name and don’t want to miss any, but we fell in love with the people and the property. We’d go back in a flash and recommend to all.

The staff is excellent here I was just a bit upset because we barely got to use the pool due to the water being cold most days. Very limited sunlight came into our villa making it colder. The villa was tidy, the breakfast was good most days, we ordered lunch once and it was excellent, I ordered a drink once and it was just OK, the area is very convenient if you’re trying to get around to restaurants and clubs

One of the best places I have stayed. Staff could not do enough for you.
