This place has so many activities, from pickle ball to kayaking, all included with the resort fee. Beautiful, private beach & very clean. We will definitely be back.

Meticulously cared for. Perfect spot for families who like to keep busy with the many onsite activities. They provide a beautiful beach area and it has walking access to Blind Pass State Park.

I loved just about everything about the hotel, except the fact that the floors were not swept the entire week. Since it is a beach resort, there tends to be a good amount of sand tracked in and the floor was pretty gritty after the second day.

From check in to check out, the staff was amazing and went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Proximity to the beach and availability of chairs, cabanas, etc was excellent. Bummer that tv didn’t stream for night time movies but hey we were at the beach. Would’ve appreciated one kitchen towel to reduce paper towel use but we used a hand towel no problem. All in all, relaxing and fully enjoyable! Would recommend to all

This resort had plenty of amenities to accommodate just about anyone! Yard games, kayaks, paddle boards, sport court, bicycles, grills, outdoor pizza oven, and plenty of space right on the beach! Also was able to find a nice handful of shark teeth!

Such an incredible stay!! Our two bedroom hotel room that was Gulfront was amazing! Literally steps to the beach. So many outdoor activities to do! chairs, boogie boards, bikes, kayaks are all included for use in the stay! The room itself was perfect- everything in working order. Beds comfortable, enough towels. Can’t wait to go back. A perfect relaxing family vacation.

The resort is beautiful, right on the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The rooms are very nice with living area and kitchenette. Many of the rooms are direct beach access. They offer free use of kayaks or paddle boards and there are pickleball courts and cornhole and ping pong tables available. That said they need to light these areas at night so they can be used after dark. The guest laundry is free. They have a small grill open only til 7 with canned beer and wine but would have loved a bar with blender drinks and cocktails and opened later. Restaurants are available about a mile away but are very busy every evening. The beach is wonderful with lots of seating options and umbrellas/cabanas. Very family friendly. The days we were there unfortunately there was quite an undertow and the waves knocked people down a lot trying to get in and out of the water unless you were able to time it just right. The hotel has free boogie boards as well that helps. The only other minor complaint is they should provide each room with a broom and dustpan or small vacuum as there is no way not to track in sand daily, and there is no daily housekeeping. If you want a quiet place to enjoy the beach or kayak away from the crowds I would definitely recommend the Manasota Key resort. Staff were all very helpful as well.
