looks like it is now emergency housing for winz bathroom wasn't cleaned properly toilet had a strange smell coming from it. no info in room about fire plan or exits and info about motel eg: room service, local numbers. will not b returning to this motel

Unfortunately nosiest place I’ve ever stayed at.Other guests arrived after 11pm making lots of noise and rubbish truck arrived outside our window around 6am to empty all bins.We also were beside a very busy intersection with sirens and traffic noise most of night.Room was adequate and reasonably clean.Would not stay here again as I value my sleep too much!

Stayed a couple of nights & was quite disappointed with the experience. Couple of things, parking was shocking, barely anything. Hardly any off street parking also. Bed was broken on one side so not good. I also think it is being used for emergency housing so was a little apprehensive around the place, didn’t feel comfortable & wasn’t pleasant.

The jets in spa did not work their where marks on the towels and on the bed

It was awesome to meet the manager, Deepak. Very lovely gentleman who was very friendly and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable about Hamilton and recommended some good things to do in the city. He made us feel very welcome and ensured that our stay was great. Thank you so much!

Handy to CBD. Spa bath didn't work until 7am in the morning. Spacious accommodation.

The room condition was not what we expected for what we paid. There were a lot of stains in the carpet. The TV remote didn’t work, the bed and sofas were clearly old. There were many noisy neighbors and the police was onsite getting people out. A lot of inappropriate language was use by people staying in other rooms. The staff was nice, he tried to be helpful, however we were shocked about the place, we felt we were mislead from what we saw on Expedia.

Lots of people loitering in car park on arrival, person at reception was rude. Overpriced when clearly motel is full of emergency housing tenants, extremely loud music woke the whole motel up at 6am, no attempt by management to stop it.

The room was lovely and tidy. Very comfortable. We ordered the cooked breakfast, this was definitely over priced for what we received. We were very disappointed with the breakfast.

Great location and great room. Only negative was the spa had hair in it when we filled it up, needed a clean but we just washed it out and filled it up.

Spacious room, two double singles to form king and an extra single. Room had tidy kitchenette with all the gears in addition to mysky. Bathroom had an enjoyable spa for every night of the stay and everything was clean and tidy, features like the plugs could be replaced and an eventual upcoming bleach and scrub of the seals around the shower, the drains in the sink and the hinges on the toilet ( although only noticable from a long stay). Room was great stay and quiet, close to central hamilton eats. Will be back next time needing to stay in hamilton.

One of the 2 roman blinds was broken and would not stay up. This made a big difference to light in the room as there were only 2 windows plus a solid door between going outside to a balcony that was so small it was no use for anything.It was locked so we couldn't even open it to get extra light in. The spa bath wouldn't work. We found out the next day from the room cleaner that it was the fuse. We got a lot of water on the bathroom floor and were wiping it a bit with the bathmat. The mat ended up being filthy. There's no way the floor had been cleaned properly in some time. The kitchen dish was brush is well past it's use by date and clearly a health hazard. $1.50 to replace? There was a massive cobweb on the wall in the lounge and paint flaking off the ceiling.

The room was a decent size, clean, well-presented, and reasonably comfortable. The lady who greeted me upon check-in was very friendly and helpful, giving me a tour and full run down on everything I could need to know, and managed all this while caring for a small child, she was lovely and very good at her job (unlike the staff at check-out). There were several noisy guests in nearby rooms, but I suppose that was unable to be helped. I went to reception to check-out, and the two asian women barely acknowledged me at all, I told them I was there to check-out, and handed in my room key (with the room number clearly marked on it), and one of them glanced up from the computer screen and said "room number?". I told her the room number, and she took the key from me and went back to ignoring me again as if I wasn't even there. Clearly they have never heard of customer service.

It was my second time staying here and I think the place has gotten a little better. I think it's great for the price considering you have a private spa tub in your room. If you're looking for five star, it's probably not for you but if you're looking for a cute relaxing motel, it's perfectly fine.
