Room was small but functional. With such small rooms it would be nice to have a lounge

We had a great stay at Ibis budget hotel. The best part was the shuttle service to and from airport. Just a small problem we faced, there was humming sound at night might be due to AC. Rest everything was good.

Nice place for a reasonable price. Small rooms so look elsewhere if you like lounging in your hotel room

I realize the hotel is considered budget but I am not sure 168.00 euro is a deal. The room was what I would think a jail cell would look like. Bed with a bunk bed overtop, toilet stall so small you could hardly get the door shut, small sink up against a wall. There was no telephone , coffee machine , shampoo, Kleenex, hair dryer. I realize none of those are essential but for 168 euro a box of Kleenex would have been nice especially since the toilet paper was sandpaper. The girls on the desk in the evening were very friendly and helpful as were the ones the following morning. The two behind the desk when we checked in were not helpful nor friendly. The shuttle bus was a nice plus but as someone previously commented it was like a cattle drive. The bus driver closed the door on my partner and injured his shoulder. I have never posted a bad review on any hotel I have stayed at. Unfortunately there was not one redeeming quality for this hotel. Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!

Only stay here if you need somewhere for a couple of hours while travelling. The rooms are tiny, too hot and VERY dry. It's hard to have the window open (even if you're not on the ground floor) due to mozzies and noise levels. The shower was grubby. The beds are.... ok. There is free hot water in reception if you ask. The staff were friendly. The free shuttle isn't entirely reliable and VERY VERY busy at times. Go for at least one shuttle before you NEED to - i.e if you think 5.15 is good then go for 4.50 instead because the 5.15 might not show.

Room was very small and no coffeemaker in the room. It was clean and there is a good reliable shuttle service to and from the airport.

exceleent service and instalations

shuttle from schipol to hotel is very nice. makes it really easy for the weary traveller coming into amsterdam (shuttle bus stops for every airport hotel are on the right side once you exit the main entrance of schipol) rooms are clean. comfortable and breakfast buffet is affordable.

The breakfast is available early and very good value ( much cheaper than airport) Rooms are spotless. Perfect hotel for traveling AND a free, regular airport shuttle bus.

I liked the great price, and the convenience of being located so close to the airport. The frequent shuttle options and generous operating hours were the best part of this stay considering I just needed something safe, inexpensive, and convenient for a very early morning departure. The only thing I didn't like was the shower set up. I was expecting an enclosed bathroom for the shower but it was not a big deal. Overall, great value and the bus service was the best part. **Review of Ibis Hotel** The rooms at the Ibis Hotel are quite quiet, which is a plus. However, I found the service lacking in terms of providing basic directions. Upon arrival, the staff did not show new customers where the elevator is located. It seemed that once guests were checked in and handed their keys, they were left to figure things out on their own. I observed several arriving guests looking confused and wandering around the reception area on the ground floor before returning to ask for help. One particularly tired-looking Asian man had to wait in a long line after checking in just to ask where the elevator was. It was disappointing to see that the staff, including the ladies and a tall gentleman with curly hair, focused solely on checking in guests without offering any guidance or ensuring that those who got lost didn’t have to wait in line again. Overall, I found the lack of assistance from the staff to be quite disappointing. A little more attention to customer orientation would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.

Love the comfort and it is next to the airport

The shuttle from the airport is a nice gesture but we were transported like cattle. Once at the hotel the line was very long for check-in only to be told that I was at the other Ibis hotel just next door. When asking the staff about the morning shuttle back to the airport the guy basically said he didn’t know. That night in the open commons area someone somehow used my credit card to purchase food from the bar from my Apple Pay. When we told the staff about this, although there was a name on the order they unsympathetically said they couldn’t do anything. To add insult to injury the next morning we tried to catch the 6:08 shuttle back to the airport (we were at the hotel for a total of 5 hours) it was full and passed us by. The second one came 20 minutes later and we nearly missed our 8:30 am flight. I would never stay here again.

Value for money

The check in was incredibly fast and convenient. I was given a first floor room, which i actually prefer and it was very quite. I was expecting noise due to the location of the room. But it was nice and quite. We Stayed there for easy access to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. The room was small, but it work for us. Couldn't beat the price and convenience!

The Ibis is a reasonably priced option for a stay at the airport.

I was at the Ibis for a very short stop over as I was flying out early the following morning. It is very close to the airport. I didn't use the shuttle as my husband dropped me off at the airport. The parking was expensive. We paid 19 euros which was for 24 hours. But considering that we arrived about 10pm and left around 8am it was quite expensive. I'm not sure why some Ibis charge for the parking and others don't. Probably because it was the Ibis budget which means any extras has to be paid for.

It was perfect for what we needed. We just needed to shower and sleep and get to the airport early the next morning. The shower was great, the room was mostly quiet, and the shuttle to the airport was precisely on time.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. The convenience of the airport shuttle was an advantage. In comparison to Ibis Hotel which had amenities such as souvenir shop and dining options

Convenient to airport and not too far from town.

IT. IS. A BUDGET. HOTEL. It feels like a hostel upon entering with its plastic chairs and food to buy. The room has only two small pillows and two bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths. Nice shower but it is in the room with the bed. A suitcase barely fits past the bed. The room has a comfortable bed and is very quiet. We paid an extra 15 euros for early check in. The nicer Ibis next door has some nice sitting areas. Airport shuttle was crowded during morning trip. About 15 minutes from hotel pick up to airport. With hotels.com we paid waaay too much-had we walked in instead of booking in advance we would have saved about 65 euros.

Great for an airport layover sleep. Comfortable bed, clean. Shuttle bus was very convenient.

It is a good budget option...rooms are really small though! Maybe not the best option if you are travelling with family or with a lot of luggaje.

Basic, but OK for the money at and Airport I guess! Good 10-15mins on bus from airport, and I felt no coffee / tea making was a little poor, had to pay for this and take to the room.

Been on this site before but first time staying in this property. Lovely quiet area and able to get a good sleep. Shops are only a short drive away and you’re close to plenty of other towns and cities. Will definitely use this property again.
