2nd stay in 8 days. We told them we would be returning separately but my visually impaired friend was made to wait in a chair near the registration desk until I got there 1 1/2 hours later. The lobby/breakfast area was blocked off. When I explained situation on phone, I was talked to so disrespectfully. If we could have, I would not have stayed there. I won’t be staying in the future.

We had to change rooms 2 times! Sheets were dirty in the 1st room, 2nd room wasn't even clean!! 3rd room the deadbolt on the door did not line up with the plate on the door jamb, so couldn't lock the door overnight! The day clerk at the desk said they had done some renovations recently so that is why that was off! Probably won't stay there again! The night cleck was super nice and understanding about having to change rooms!! They have great people on their front desk staff maybe need to do some work with their cleaning staff!!!

The propert is currently under renovation. Since we were told that was the case, we were ok with the noise since the noise was only during the day. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The King suite that I stayed in was fine. I only had the coffee, so I can't say what the breakfast was like. However there were a lot of choices. The door to my room would not automatically close, you had to pull extra hard to get it to shut. Their pet fee is OUTRAGEOUS! $50 a night. The hotel I stayed at in Missoula was only $25 which is reasonable. Overall, the staff was welcoming and attentive. I would recommend this place only if you are not traveling with a furry friend or don't mind paying the big bucks.

The front desk was very friendly & knowledgeable about the city about what to do good places to eat. The room was nice but could have been a little cleaner, need to do a better job vacuuming & cleaning the bathroom

The staff was great. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Coffee was hot! Cookies at check in. Would highly recommend.

Fridge and toilet weren't cleaned very well and the hardboiled eggs at breakfast wouldn't peel, fruit looked sad.
Other than that, it was great. You can definitely hear neighbors getting ready in the morning though. Shower, talking, etc

The place was clean. We only stayed one night and left pretty early so I don’t know about the area. The only complaint I have about the room was the bathroom is VERY SMALL!! You literally could not open or close the bathroom door while sitting on the toilet. You had to stand to the side to close the door.

Room was dirty. It had been minimally cleaned but carpet was dirty, floors were sticky, bathroom areas had layer of grime and there was used coffee in the coffee maker. Won’t stay again. On a positive note, Bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked good!

Bathroom had not been cleaned, toilet was very dirty and shower ledge was filthy dirty, hair on the floor. Very little food available for breakfast.

There are much better options for same price range out there. Door to room had to be slammed shut numerous times in order to close and lock it. Air conditioner under window soaked the carpet all around. No microwave in room. I will not stay there again and really makes me wonder about any Hampton or Hilton.

The room clearly was not cleaned the sink still had toothpaste in it and men’s facial hair. The bath tub was dirty as well poop marks in the toilet. The bed was questionable weather the sheets had been changed. The pillows looked like someone had just laid down on the bed. The staff stands out front smoking so you walk thru there smoke to get into the building. It was extremely noisy as well. The shade in our room had little holes in it. We would have asked to change rooms but they were sold out. Do not stay here!

Expedia said room available but when I got there no rooms so I couldn’t get to stay there and did not check in so I would like a refund or explain why it was wrong
