First time here and kids loved it. Property was clean and the staff were friendly. Overall stay went smooth and accomadations were met. Would definitely book a stay here again if visiting the area.

It may be for safety , but it was odd that the check in staff although very nice and courteous noted down the name of each and every occupant on our party of 6 people with 3 rooms

Has Jack in box and McDonald's in walk distance, it's great for meal if you don't like drive out just for dinner. Also has full kitchen in room even include a mini ranger. Forks, knives, dishes are in drawers. Very nice, will back again if I will visit San Jose in future.

Great location! Front desk was friendly & she greeted us with a welcoming gift (water & popcorn). The room was spacious,
stylish & looks like a new paint job. Sizzlers & Jack in the Box in the same parking lot which is nice. We walked across the street & had dinner at Eureka. Then went to Whole Foods to get some drinks & snacks for our room. Very convenient. Free parking & continental breakfast was a plus. We took an 11 minute Lyft ride to The SAP Center. Would definitely stay here again.

I had absolutely no issues whatsoever at this lovely property. If there was one tiny thing, which barely warrants a mention, was that the woman tasked with watching the front desk overnight seem to be a little bit short with the guests. Perhaps she was just having a day.

We like that the hotel was only 5 minutes to Great America, Winchester house , Apple. Com and 40 minutes to San Francisco. A perfect location to stay.

2nd time we stay here, Front Desk lady Ruby is very friendly and helpful. 2 bdr suites are amazing a bit outdated but very clean. Only thing missing is a pool. Used to stay at the Embassy suites next door, never again.

Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly! The room was comfortable and breakfast was pretty good. The person cleaning rooms in the morning was playing her music pretty loudly and singing with it. I’m glad she was in a good mood, but my wife needed to sleep and it kept waking her up.

Bed was super comfortable. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate was always available in the lobby area. Breakfast (hot and cold items) was very good with very clean and comfortable area to eat in. Room was very well maintained. Kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, plates and cooking items. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We are local and stayed here while our carpet and kitchen were being re-done in our apartment. As a family who has vacationed alot and has stayed at many hotels, this one is in our top 3, no lies!
The hotel itself is up is up-to-date, fully furnished, staff was very nice and helpful, we got breakfast 2/4 days we were there, good decent hot and cold breakfast. They have snacks and drinks to purchase in the lobby 24/7, we had a kitchenette in our room with all the items we needed for cooking! Amazing! They have complimentary full size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room itself was really nice! Ive seen some awful hotels rooms, and this one was not one of them, lol. Super clean, no cracked, chipped or peeling paint, furniture and beds were comfortable! I can go on and on, but over all i give it a 10/10. The only "con" to the hotel was the tv, was a bit small, but we managed :)

This hotel is easy to get to, and under 2 miles to Levi Stadium and Great America without parking or internet daily charges. Next to restaurants, Whole Foods is not far. Friendly staff and good Covid protocols.

Everything was exceptional! I am so much impressed! Clean, well organized 2 bedroom suite with well stocked kitchen, great storage in bedrooms and all you need away from home well thought through. Nice continental breakfast. Very attentive staff made you feel at home. Exceeded my expectations!
