This hotel has had some updates! The bed was so comfortable, with fabulous linens. A quiet room, even though I was close to the stairs. A spacious room, that was so clean.
I didn’t use the pool/hot tub. The breakfast had a lot of options and was fresh.

Very safe area. Had a room with sofabed which I use to read but it had no light by it so impossible to read.

Very clean and friendly staff. My only complaint was that the stagf did not know what a "shower chair" was or who would need or use it and the hotel did nor have one available. When trying to book a room for a family with a disabled dependent most hotels only have an accessible room with a king bed but dont consider that you might need another bed but hotels dont offer this as an option. Why? Anyway we didnt get the shower chair and our daughter went without a shower. We were at a Holiday Inn the nighr before and theybdid have a chair for us. I think Holiday Inn should ensure all their hotels have extra shower chairs for clients that require them.

People in the adjoining room screaming and yelling at each other multiple nights. Not really the hotel's fault, but they also didn't remedy the situation as this occurred repeatedly for 4-5 days.

Room furniture was dirty and pool area really unclean. Grime line around top edge of pool shows pool hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Only had 3 towels despite registering 4 to stay and had to ask for additional towels 2 times. Pool area also didn’t have any clean towels available and had to ask twice for front desk to add more. Killed 3 bugs in room in about 20 mins of first being there. Breakfast was very good however. We only stayed one night on our way through but wouldn’t pick it again.

Friendly staff. Rates were a little pricey. Breakfast provided was disappointing. Pork sausages undercooked. Gave me a gut ache for a few hrs. Eggs were cold. No bacon . Breakfast suppose to be served until 10 am but run out of bacon, bread, etc shortly after 9 am

The room carpet felt damp, it was a bit unusual. Also the dogs that get ditched by their owners in room bark too much keeping it noisy for other guests - not cool at all. Also noisey patrons a floor above us - not cool again. It was otherwise ok. The Kureg coffee machine did not work for me that was not cool either so three negative strikes on this experience

Our first impression of this hotel was unkept and dirty upon entering. Front entrance carpet was filthy and the parking lot needs some work.

The hot tub and pool were lovely, though the pool is only 4 feet deep (safe but not great). The 'fitness centre' consists of four treadmills only. There is no laundry room or laundry service on site. The breakfast (6 am to 9 am, 10 am on weekends) is quite good and includes hot items (sausages, omelettes, eggs). There is no restaurant on site.

Good overall. Booked this hotel because of pool and hot tub but didn't get to use them due to open hours. I understand closing at 10 but 9 am is a little late to open in my opinion

When we arrived and were checking into the hotel we were told that they did not have any king or 2 queen bed rooms left, as per our reservation, and they down graded us to a single queen room. Our reservation was for an upgraded room not a single queen. We were not informed of this prior to our arrival, although the reservation was made a week or more earlier.
