Rooms were in great shape. Very much enjoyed begin in the hotel. The outside pool was a bit disheveled and not cared for as well as the rest of the property. Staff were very nice to interact with and helpful.

The staff was great! The breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and more than expected. There was a kitchen that had utensils, dishwasher, ECT. That was very convenient. The reason I gave a 4 stars is the pool was closed. I had business meetings and my child came an the main reason I booked this room was for the pool. It's Summer time, the weather was hot and the pool was closed. No one notified me that the pool was closed. I had booked my room in advanced. I would have stayed elsewhere had I know the pool was closed. If your looking for a great hotel this is was great. Next time I will call and make sure the pool is open.

The staff were very kind including the person at the front desk who assisted us. On arrival, our room wouldn’t open with the key. After a new set was made, the keys still didn’t work because the battery to the lock was dead. About 20 minutes after check in we were moved to the only room left that was similar to what I reserved. The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaner and ripped carpet in the closet. A pair of dirty socks and a loose pill were in the floor around the bed from a previous inhabitant. I’d expect better at a hotel that costs this much per night but it was pretty disappointing. The staff were nice but the hotel room was dirty and I would not return after our experience.

We booked the room online that was advertised to sleep 6 (and compared to other hotels we have used in the area, charged for sleeping 6). The room absolutely did not (it had one king bed and one pullout sofa) and the front desk representative was extremely unhelpful and very rude about this. I was polite as I know front desks cannot control everything but she blamed the booking service and then--when she saw their own website states it sleeps 6--blamed me for not being more careful when booking. There are better hotels in the area that are not dishonest like this one. I would avoid.

Very clean, modern and family friendly! Games for the kids to play like giant checkers, tic Tac toe and connect four. Coloring area for smaller kids. Pool and patio to hang around! Rooms were clean and updated. Very nice place. Will def keep this in my saved hotels file!

For the most part everything was fine. Only issue we had was the AC unit. It was loud and vibrated pretty bad.

The property is clean and well maintained overall. The room is spacious and also clean. I was most impressed with how the staff went above and beyond to help make extending my stay possible when plans changed. Every staff person I encountered was polite and greeted me with a smile. I am grateful and will stay here again and again.

There was an issue making the key cards. The staff did the best that they could and let us into our rooms by going upstairs with us and opening each door for us. When the machine was working, they delivered the key cards to us. The rooms were clean and the place was easy to find.

The property itself is nice and was impressed by the outdoor courtyard. The room I stayed in met my needs but as soon as you walked in you could smell a really musty odor in the living room. The mattress was old and way past its prime. The bathroom was spacious and counter room wasn’t an issue. I would probably stay again.

This is by far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The room was clean and a great size for our family. The outdoor patio had all kinds of family friendly games and the fire pit was beautiful! Breakfast was decent enough for what we needed. We will definitely be staying again!

I really enjoyed my weekend stay here! The staff was helpful and friendly from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. My room was the perfect size, and breakfast was great every morning. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Mobile!

So glad I spent the few extra bucks to stay here. I walked in, the lobby is decorated and calm and lovely. My room was big and clean. I used the Peloton, the treadmill to get at least a bit of exercise after a very long drive.
