Overall good. Mattress and Pillows not so good. Icemaker on our floor was not working but overall good stay. Quick breakfast was not real tasty.

Clean room, comfortable stay, good breakfast. Fire alarm went off at 6 am and it took 10 minutes for it to quiet down when there was no issue.

Friendly, helpful staff at check in. Yummy breakfast.

We had to go to over that way and it was clean and nice just the pool kept closing at weird times and no one would give us a straight answer but overall for the price we paid the stay was very comfortable. And we had so many restaurants and stores around us it was convenient.

First time here, normally stay at the Microtell across the street. This place was $2 Cheaper and it is likely we will continue to stay here rather than our previous favorite. For the price, the place is an excellent choice.

Water was not hot.my room had a joining room and the door between the rooms on my side had busted locked and hole where the lock use to be so I didn’t feel safe

The facility was clean and modern in appearance. Staff were friendly My complaints would be for the bathroom.. Towels very thin. Bathtub drain very slow. By end of shower i was ankle deep in water. The white shower curtain was very soiled. Breakfast was marginal. Powdered eggs and brown n serve sausage links. Cereal. Waffles. No fresh fruit. No hard boiled eggs or oatmeal. The orange juice dispenser broken. On Sunday morning, ran out of coffee creamer and milk. We skipped it 3rd day and went out for breakfast.

Water didnt drain from the tub and there was a huge wad of long blonde hair on the shower wall. Room also smelled like smoke. The ice maker on our floor didnt work. The nice lady at the desk gave us another room. The refrigerator in that room didnt work, so she brought in a new refrigerator for us. The breakfast was good.

The staff was great. However the pool was out of service. I booked it for my kids to swim in on our road trip, so I was disappointed.

Property was good but I wish they let you use your own streaming devices on the TVs.

Very nice room

I was assigned to a room with a defect door with a big whole adjacent to the next room. It was kind that the front desk had the room switched. But the room had no fridge as it said so. Since we did not have anything needs to be in fridge, we did not report the problem.

At first, I didn't notice it, but after I checked in at 9:00 PM, I went to get something to eat and when I got back to the hotel, I sat in the chair to watch TV to wind down before I went to sleep. That's when I noticed that the chair smelled like a dog had been in it. Not feces, just the distinct smell of dog. It was late by then (after 10) and since I was going to leave early anyway, I didn't notify the front desk to see about exchanging the room for one that didn't smell like a kennel. I thought that if I could just cover the chair, it would mask the smell long enough that I could soldier through, thinking the smell would be confined to the chair and I would sleep on the part of the bed farthest away from it. So, I covered the chair with towels and went to bed. The smell was on the floor over there too and kept me up until I decided to leave at 2:30 AM and continue on my travels with no sleep. I blame myself as much as Best Western. I liked the location of the hotel and the service, but there is no possible way housekeeping could have cleaned that room and not noticed that smell. I should have gone directly to the front desk and demanded another room and am upset with myself that I didn't. I like dogs as much as the next person, but don't want to pay to sleep with them.

Needs some updating of property, the breakfast could use an overhaul to include fresher foods and work with reviewing reservations to make sure all bedding is in a room for pull out sofas when there are obviously three plus guests.

The room I was first checked into the tv didn't work so I had to be moved to a different room, The pool was closed while I was there. Some of the drawers were dirty

Pool was unable to be used unacceptable not enough towels for people in the room. No coffee ready at breakfast One hour after start of breakfast.

The location is very convenient and quiet. The room is spacious and I like that the stairs are carpeted and well lit because I am not a fan of elevators. The only negatives were that the breakfast was underwhelming and the pool was closed. Overall, the staff was helpful and the hotel was fine for an overnight stay.

On my checkout day, housekeeping knocked on my room door at 11 am and asked if I was checking out and my check out time was at noon. They hung out near my room door like I was supposed to hurry up and get out!! I didn’t appreciate that at all!!

The pool was not available as they stated that they had to put chemicals in it. There were some stains on the couch cushions and one of the pillows. The breakfast was bare minimum and we ending up eating breakfast somewhere else because the selection was scarce.

Hotel was nice inside. Outside around the building looked pretty rough and a little sketchy.

Used & new band-aids on the floor. Two rolls of toilet paper with 12 squares each on dispenser & NO spare. Hand towel rack not attached to the wall. Two out of three ice machines broken on day one. Lobby bathroom (Men's) OUT OF ORDER our entire stay. This place could more appropriately be called Worst Western.

Staff was very friendly, front desk was helpful, and maids where super sweet.

We are taking a family trip... the room itself was decent and seemed nicely clean. We slept fairly good even though the AC was rattling and revving all night long. But the breakfast was the biggest joke we've ever seen at a Best Western. They couldn't even put out yogurt and bananas. The McDonald's down the road beat them by a long shot. 😅

The hotel had my reservation but said they had no room. Double checked the one room left that said dirty in the system in case it was clean. The room was ‘clean’ so we were able to stay. Go to the room and the toilet doesn’t flush. No breakfast left with an hour to go, had to go to Dunkin Donuts. Hallways/elevator smelled of cigarette smoke.
