My husband and I stayed here for three nights for the first leg of a two week vacation to celebrate our honeymoon. We loved the mitsui garden hotel and were so pleasantly surprised by the quality and at a very reasonable price point. So many good things to say! Our favorite part of the room had to be the bathroom which was a very nice size and had a lovely giant bathtub and very nice shower. We also had an incredible view of the river. The beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the onsen which was open late so we could go after our night out on the town. We loved the location which was central and very easy to get to and from Kyoto and also near lots of delicious restaurants and fun bars. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for couples looking for a high quality hotel for mid range prices.

Amazing Comfortable Excellent service

Easy to find Osaka hotel from Shin-Osaka station. Nicely situated in the business district which was well lit and has many good restaurants. Restaurants without an English translated menu can be a problem though. Easy connections to metro links. Hotel itself is smart and modern with pleasant welcoming staff. Breakfast is plentiful with a wide spread of Western and Japanese food. Breakfast room is rather snall and a queuing system is in place for busy times.

This hotel is very well located and both rooms were spacious and well-organized. Acces to the upstairs lounge offered a variety of snacks and drinks. We will definitely be back:)

This hotel is comfortable, clean and has excellent staff. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with exceptional variety. They neighborhood was not much to speak about, but the views of the river from the room were beautiful.

Would definitely stay here again, best place we stayed on our 2 week trip.

Was blown away at the service, and the quality and cleanliness of the room. Located in a fantastic location that has plenty of good food options nearby, while also being walking distance to the metro. The free shuttle to and from Osaka station is also a nice touch.

Wonderful property! We stayed on the 15 th floor that had a private lounge, service was amazing. Everyone spoke English and they have a shuttle to and fro Osaka station.

Hotel location is great. Train station is several minutes away otherwise using hotel shuttle service to and from Osaka station is quite convenient. Hotel is clean in general but it is bit dated. I was disappointed seeing the room first time upon check-in. But hotel staff is trying her best to make it better by offering Change of room. Most of the rooms are in similar condition though. However the room with river view is a lot better than the room without. I really appreciate the effort from hotel staff. That makes a big difference to my overall feeling of the hotel. Thumbs up for service! The room is not modern but more of a traditional Japanese style. That is part of the reason why I think it’s dated. I’m sure those who likes the style will enjoy it. And the bathroom is well equipped. Shower is very nice. so it’s quite a comfortable stay. Thanks to all the hotel staff for making it a enjoyable experience in Osaka.

An excellent hotel close to transport. Public baths were amazing, with excellent clean facilities. Having club access and breakfast included was well worth it. The only thing we missed was not having an iron and ironing board in the room or laundry.

Property is fine , good location . Wifi never worked properly. Breakfast buffet very basic. Not available Bar for everyone except some special floors.

This hotel was really lovely, but had some minor issues with cleaning that we hope will be adressed. Everything about this hotel was top notch apart from our room that was a bit dirty upon checking in as well as having a faint scent of sweat. No major issues, we found it a bit inconvenient and everything else about the hotel made up for it. We had access to the lounge on the top floor which was a really nice addition to the hotel. We used the onsen several nights and loved it. It is spacious, clean and the carbonated warm water felt really great adter walking around Osaka for a whole day. The hotel is also located in a convenient spot close to the subway. All in all, really satisfied and can happily recommend it. Hopefully our minor problems with cleanliness was just a fluke, time will tell about that!

I generally like to stay. but they own just two coin laudary machines, which makes me uncomfortable. I tried several times to wash my stuff, but finally cannot, even though I stayed five nights. Except that, I am fine with this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, with links to Osaka Umeda station. All rooms have access to a public bath house but we also enjoyed access to the lounge on the 16th floor. This was a nice experience to relax and unwind with a drink or snack after a day sightseeing. Would recommend.

The area was safe and quiet. However, both our rooms smelled, the walls were not clean and floors looked like they had not been cleaned either.

I asked for a tea bag and the lady at the front desk asked about my room number.!! Why? You either have it or not.

The property was amazing. It is very, very clean. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The staff is great, they make sure everything is taken care of. I enjoyed my 3 day stay quite a lot and will be returning.

This was the best choice we made for our week long Japan holiday. To come home every day to the comfort of the hotel was amazing!! Location, free bus to Osaka central station regularly and great staff. Highlight was definitely the mens/womens spa on top floor! I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.

I will definitely stay at this hotel next time.

Nice building with lots of amenities. Staff are very friendly and warm helping us call for taxi on the checkout date. Close to subway stations.

Stayed here many times. Very quiet and peaceful but close to business, restaurants, and shopping. Short walk to Umeda station. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is great. Will be back here for the location and price.

Nice stay at this hotel, would recommend. Only down side was the size of the room, it was too small when travelling with holiday luggage.

Clean hotel in a beautiful location. Has great amenities like lounge and spa. Very hospitable staff as well. Would definitely come back again.

I didn’t like the room, too small

This is a very comfortable, welcoming and well-equipped hotel with excellent, helpful and efficient staff. It is well positioned for both the Osaka Metro and for bus services to the station. My 13th floor room had a beautiful river view and was also convenient for the lovely spa area and lounge. The breakfast buffet was made up of traditional Japanese dishes, but with some Western-style fare, all of which were of high quality. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay.

As always, ver professional, attentive and friendly staff persons which makes me stay even more pleasant!
