Room does not have a freebie like a bottled water, at least. No electric kettle at your disposal. No saucer and a cup, at the very least.

My hotel stay is good. All staff are friendly. Suggesting printing of couple pages should be a complimentary. I will stay in this hotel again.

The place is clean and accessiblle. It is price reasonably.

No refrigerator nor microwave in the room! No mention of this discomfort prior to booking and check-in!

No free breakfast

Rooms small, limited towel, no slippers, or even free bottled water. Room has no added furniture, it is more suitable for local travelers and backpacker. It is located on the busiest road towards mandaluyong, not much eateries around. Behind the hotel, is messy dirty road. Walking to a nearby convenient store is not too convenient and safe, roads at night are dark, unsafe. Experienced a few hours of no electricity and WiFi cutoff. Only good facilities was the drive up carpark and more available parking lots, but must return hotel early to grab a empty parking lot.

Nice and clean. Room amenities and bathroom are modern which is nice. Fast wifi. Easy check-in. I like that you have to scan your key to work the elevator. Relatively quiet in terms of not hearing neighbors. My room was on the Shaw Blvd side on the 6th floor and I could hear street traffic. It didn't bother me much but others might. About 5 min walk to Shangri-la and surrounding shopping centers. The guard/concierge staff were very helpful. The only miss was the safe did not work. The batteries were low and it was set to the lock position although it was open. I stayed only 1 night so wasn't a big deal, but if I was there multiple nights I need to have it working.

Rooms were small and basic but clean. I was always out during the day so that’s fine for me. I wish the shower had a complete door so the water wouldn’t go out when showering. Bathroom is nice and modern. They have bidets and toiletries. Oh they do not have a closet

Room has no phone to connect to the front desk in case of emergency. Was stucked inside the room for an hour trying to force the door to open. Nice location though, hope they can improve their room quality and customer service.

Bed linen needs new sets

Found the traffic noise a bit unsettling especially those antiquated passenger jeeps and motorcycles with loud mufflers anytime in the day and night. Did not get a good sleep at all, in 2 different rooms in 2 days stay. But the staff were great and really accommodating.

Neat and accommodating staff

Great costumer service from reception to security guards. They assist you from the moment you enter the hotel until checkout. New Jolibee by the corner which makes staying here even more amazing.

No regrets that I booked here and extended our stay for another 2 weeks. From the front desk staff, Security personnel, maintenance and housekeeping personnel are very accommodating, welcoming and friendly! Just keep up the good work guys!!! We appreciate your customer service!!!

Overall it was good I had a good stay for 2 nights although there are some slight concerns because of Covid-19 Protocol adjustments.
