Extremely clean! Would definitely stay there again!

Great hotel and price for an overnight stay. We didn’t arrive until just before midnight, and left early the next morning, but the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the price couldn’t be beat. It’s also located next to 2 coffee/breakfast spots, a small grocery store and’s a gas station which was quite convenient.

From the first encounter at the front desk upon check-in to the making of the room, there was always some little things that made me want to leave the place sooner ((for example: I was waken up twice in the middle of the night by spiders crawling across my face). However, breakfast was quite acceptable.

Good bang for the buck.
Suffiently clean for the price, shabby hallway carpet and the front desk closes at 10pm is really the only blemish.
Would stay here again if i was passing by this oddly named town.

Beds were super comfy and clean with updated linens. The bathroom was clean and properly equipped. However, the halls and rooms in general are very tired looking with old stained carpets, trim is all banged up and dusty. The room needed a good overall cleaning, not just beds and bath. The carpet edges needed a proper vacuuming with an edge tool and not just an upright vacuum.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the hotel is old and in serious need of updating. Furniture was scratched, carpets were stained, walls needed repainting and/or new wallpaper. Everything just looked run down.

I don’t blame the hotel it was great but room 103 had a musty odor to it. It wasn’t unbearable but still smelled pretty bad. The carpet was all wet too I assumed it got cleaned but not aired out completely so that’s probably where the smell was coming from. Overall it was still great! I would come again.

The room size was excellent, and for the most part the room was clean. The shower was very small and the bathtub did not have a plug.

Very spacious rooms and quite luxurious bathroom. Attentive staff, decent breakfast and easy hop to dining options. Was a nice way-stop on a long car journey.

They didnt clean our room when we were there despite communicating with the front desk. The breakfast didnt have any eggs. The room also smelled. The shade at the window didn't keep the light out completely and there was not black out curtains.

We used this hotel for an "emergency" stop. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was a sad affair.

Stayed here two nights and then one night on return trip. Rooms have a very musty smell. First room had quite a few large stains on the carpeting. Had to ask for extra towels both times even though reservation was for 4 people. Guy at front desk acted like it was a big effort to get up and get us towels. There was still wet shower mat in the 2nd room we stayed in and had to ask for a new one. Some towels had stains on them too.

Operating hours are clearly defined. There is a code at the front door for late returns.
We had a comfortable king bed. There are restaurants nearby. The front desk helped us print out airline boarding passes.
Breakfast was typical. The only problem is my waffle stuck and I had a hard time cleaning the griddle with the flimsy plastic fork provided.

There was a text sent to us to please pay in cash when we got there. We had no cash on us.
Then a second text to please pay in cash. Just feel like someone is cheating the system by doing that. Place could have been cleaner. Desk staff just sits there on their iPhones. Breakfast not refilled or cleaned as it goes on. Very minimal breakfast. NOTHING like the photos. Only thing offered was a waffle and an apple

I booked here not knowing the area based on the high ratings. I have nothing in the area to compare to, but wow, the Belvedere does not deserve high ratings whatsoever. Nothing appears to have been updated in 20 or so years. The rooms smell musty, the carpet is worn and blackened on high traffic areas. The picture doesn't show that it's basically at the corner of a large intersection. Vending machines were about half filled, and the continental breakfast was a handful of bagels/donuts, and fruitloops. Not sure how they justify the $149-200 a night cost. I would not recommend to anyone.

The inn is clean, well maintained, and has had fairly recent updates. The only negative was road construction just outside the motel - jackhammers at 5:30 a.m. one day - which is beyond their control, of course.

Carpeting is halls and rooms should be up dated or replaced with hard flooring.

Surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and stores.
