The gentleman at the front desk is courteous, polite, and helpful. The check-in process is smooth. Rooms are cosy and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Reutlingen.

Arrived close to midnight and so had to call external number. So short stay. Reasonable cake for money and quite comfortable

A simple hotel in a good downtown location with excellent kitchen

Pros: I stayed there for a week in March. Booked a Single room. By the look of the room (and other room from pictures), I guess I got a Double room but I am not sure why they treat it as a Single room. I am Okay with the room. Cleanliness was good. Slight problem with the heating system but not a deal breaker. Small bathroom, but I guess it is a common thing in Germany or Europe in general. Cons: The biggest problem I faced was accessing WiFi. My room was in the corner and the WiFi router was almost other side of the hall way. So, I got the poorest WiFi signal possible. Most of the time No WiFi. The breakfast was not upto the standard. I was expecting more. Cereal, Egg, Juice, Coffee and some kind of mead that I didn't eat. I list the breakfast in the Cons as because I was hoping more based on the price I paid for the room.

This was my second time staying at the Reutlingen Hof and I recommend it to all. The price is right on and the comfort is just as great and a very very good breakfast included in your fee.

Situated close to shops and buses ideal location. Basic hotel but more than adequate for short stay. Very clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good and as it was self service could have as much as you want. I had single room which at first did feel a bit small but as not a lot of time is spent in it was more than adequate. Not luxury but great city base.

The hotel is in a great location and the on site parking was extremely handy as on street parking is limited. The hotel staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was lovely. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beautiful centre of Reutlingen - the timber framed houses and old gate house are worthy of a few pictures.

This small hotel and Italian restaurant is run by a very nice team of people, providing a cosy feeling in the centre of the town. The restaurant is excellent with a very good choice of Italian wines. Forget the pizza (they are very good too) and go for a real meal to enjoy the good cooking.

Beds should be improved. Not really comfortable. Bed is the most important in a hotel. Restaurant do not accept Credit Card. They make the well known show that the machine do not run. This is stupid and should not be permit in Germany.

You could say the hotel was perhaps a little bit dated but this did not worry me. It was easy to walk to from the train station. The staff could not do enough to help me. I thought it was a perfect little hotel for the evening. I had a very enjoyable personal stay.

Ice cold room. No service or food when arriving on sunday. Cold coffee and very primitive breakfast. Room lighted by fluorescent bulbs. Feels like a morgue. Charged me for two breakfasts per day. Stay away if possible. Please Hotels.com find better hotels in Reutlingen. Würthenberger Hof is a good one. Perfect, friendly service, brilliant breakfast and lower cost.

I've got some reviewer cred because I've worked in the travel business all my life and stayed in lots of hotels. I know three stars. This one fell short. Great location, friendly staff, but worn. And the wi-fi worked intermittently the second day, which causes big problems for people who need always to be connected.

Arrived on a Sunday afternoon..Nobody at reception apart from one sulky llad. who did not offer a Guten Tag. Had to find food elsewhere because the hotel did not offer an evening meal. Our room was acceptably clean but the wash basin was lacking a plug and the water tap was stiff and difficult to operate and a pain to anybody suffering from arthritis(like me) The shower enclosure requires lubrication and a bulb in the bedroom lighting was not functioning.The Shower=rose assembly came off the wall mounting during use and the shower cabinet did not offer a soap dish.,There were no hooks within the bathroom to hang clothes on and the whole experience indicates a lack of hotel management skills.We had an excellent breakfast though and the station for a train to Tubingen was within easy walking distance
