Customer service was excellent. The kitchen staff,
Lilia, sherry and the dark skinned lady with lights I forgot her name starts with and M we’re all very hospitable ! The fro t desk was very accommodating and friendly! We enjoyed our stay very much. Comfort was top of the line!

This seems a newly renovated hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We felt safe walking around the vicinity. Enjoyed our 1-week Portland vacation.

The propety seemed well kept and it felt safe when walking outside. The room was clean. We got a suite with a kitchen which was nice to have even though we didnt use it during our trip aside from the fridge,microwave and the plates. It was stocked with the basics youll need. The complimentary breakfast was great with having good selection of choices. I unfortunately did not get to try the bar or restaurant on site but it did look nice. I liked that this place is family friendly. I would stay here again.

The staff were all very considerate and very nice. I really appreciated the extra steps Lauren (? Front desk - blond), Wanda in the dining room, and Josh in Valet services and parking. I am newly disabled and they took extra steps to help me. Thank you.

This was probably one of our best hotel experiences. The valet was amazing and very easily accesible, and the location was amazing for using local transportation. The rooms were incredibly well kept and what a relief to have so many pillows. Shower was spacious with quality hygiene products. The restaurant bar was great quality and reasonable prices. Staff was beyond excellent to work with and have us feel supported and welcomed.

Located in one of the nicest, cleanest areas of Portland. We were able to spend an entire day walking around, taking in the sights, and enjoying local cuisine. Powell's Books is a 15-minute walk away from the hotel. The breakfast is outstanding.

The walk to the Moda for a concert was fairly close.
We really enjoyed the included breakfast. Lots of options and one of the best I’ve had at a hotel.

We stayed here for two nights and we caught cockroaches two nights in a row. We paid more than $660 for the accommodation, and it's not worth it.

The location is ideal if you want to explore the Pearl District. I also found it to feel relatively safe when my dog needed to go out at night.

This is our second stay in a week. We are visiting family and have been very comfortable here. We especially enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely courtyard. Every employee we encountered was pleasant and helpful. Lilia was particularly great!

Staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was good with a good variety of items. I pull out in our suit definitely needs a new mattress but all in all it was a great place to stay.

Just stayed with my two little kids and husband. All of us loved the place for everything! Breakfast bar was decent for us to get the day started and the convenience of the location of the hotel was nice. Highly recommend!

We had never been to Portland before and decided to stay here. The area is a bit industrial and up and coming. The hotel was great and the free breakfast was a plus. However: the parking wasn’t super great: you either have to do valet or park on the street and pay or park in an adjacent lot (which we did). It wasn’t horrible, but across the street and near a train station that definitely had some questionable people. The hotel met our needs however. Next time though we will stay in another area that had more of the things we like to do. This area just wasn’t our favorite. But we enjoyed our stay and were quite comfortable.

Great stay with family. Only two thing not very pleasing is 1) the pet fee that wasnt clearly communicated in advance ($113 including taxes) and 2) no microwave in the room though the description listed it.

Friendly staff. Beautiful outdoor courtyard with 3 fire pits. Very clean.
My only complaint is the indoor pool is always too cold. My granddaughter lives to swim in it but she can’t stay in long because it’s too cold.

Service was excellent. Hotel itself is very nice, and our room was very big, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoyed having the mini kitchen area with plates and cups, a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable (but was long enough and more comfortable to sleep on without pulling it out) and the pool we had been looking forward to using was quite small. In addition, while the hotel is attractive and well maintained, and the location is convenient, the area around it was not quite as walkable as I was hoping for. I wasn’t sure about the safety of some areas, so we ended up driving quite a bit but found parking pretty easily and had a great time.

The 1 bedroom suite with two queen beds was large and perfect for our family of two adults and 2 children. The property seemed recently renovated, the staff incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless. Although we could at times hear footsteps from the room above us we never heard voices or plumbing sounds which helped us get a great nights rest. My only complaint would be the sofa bed wasn’t comfortable, a Murphy bed would be a better option. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Josh from Valet services goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and help out. I loved having the small kitchen in the room, there are washers and dryers too downstairs if needed. It was a convenient location to get in and out of the city. Outdoor area was pretty too. Overall, great stay.

As a single woman traveling for a conference, I felt safe in and around the property. With that said, the staff went above and beyond to be attentive, helpful friendly. No request was too small. Breakfast options were plentiful .. highly recommend

Room was clean, large and in good shape. It was generally quiet except one night when the folks in the room next door had the tv up a bit too loud, but it was muffled. The desk clerk said the rooms were designed to bd soundproof. Maybe a little bit of an over statement but the walls are definitely more soundproof than most hotels I’ve stayed at. Anyway, I’m glad we stayed here. Convenient to everything. Good breakfast with a few basic things for vegans like us (cereal and oat milk, toast, home fries…).

Great staff!!! Clean room! Walking distance to public transportation. Breakfast every morning, happy hour 5 to 6 every day. Good location, just be ready to do some walking and figuring out the trains, streetcar, make your life much better
