3 families enjoyed the stay at Okinawa Hotel with Sanrio Characters. The location is very convenient for shopping around. There's a supermarket just opposite the hotel which we can buy things we needed, where some prices are cheaper than other shops. Many convenient shop nearby. We stayed there for 3 nights, the other nights doesnt have room tidying, but that will be fine coz with this price it's well accepted. Highly recommended.

Amazing time at this hotel. The room did have a little damp sort of smell to it, but other than that, amazing room. The included breakfast was okay, but only one option meant that we only wanted it two of the 4 day stay, and don’t really have the morning appetite for a beef burger. We did enjoy the meal however and the presentation of it was fantastic! Thanks so much :)

The hotel was as adorable as we thought it would be. With a lot of nice extras for guests. Staff were very kind and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was super super closed to the monorail, a convenience store and tons of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Everything was excellent! The design is very cute and the room was clean with a stylish bathroom and shampoo and body soap provided. One thing to note is there are no blackout curtains in the room. There are free amenities in the lobby and self-serve tea during certain hours, coin laundry is also available on site. The lobby shop, like everything in the hotel, is very cute so I recommend browsing. You get to keep the hotel key as it is also used as a point card for the shop.
The hotel is short walk from Yui Rail's Makishi station and located right on Kokusai Dori. It's about 10-15 minute walk to Heiwadori shoutengai and just far enough that it's not so populated. Dining and shopping options are plentiful in the area with two conbinis outside of the hotel, there are also vending machines in the hotel.
We were in the last leg of our trip so we didn't drive. That being said, I didn't see onsite parking, but there were at least 2 paid parking options nearby.

Their cafe was closed due to Covid. We were excited to get hello kitty breakfast from there but we found out that when we got there. The hotel is like a business hotel, no pool or any entertainments.

It’s in a very location and it’s quite near a convenient store and grocery store and it was very near the car rental place too! So overall great stay! Staff was very good and kind too!

The staff was amazing and very kind, even spoke a good amount of English. They were very patient and helpful in helping unlock my room when I left the key, s well as holding my luggage and helping me ship a package. :-) As for the hotel, it is sooooo cute! <3

Staff is polite. But check-in took very long. Some rooms are different from our expectation. Little twin stars room is quite dark in colour, but colourful as what we expected before. Hello Kitty room, Purin room and Cinnamoroll room are good. It’s good that they upgraded one room to family room. But it’s not good that there’s no phone or table in the room which is inconvenient

Very good and nice place, kids must love it very much. Actually, even adult also love it so much. Our room is connecting room with yellow kitty and little twin star. Very cute! What’s more, the welcome gift is awesome too !

A nice new hotel located at the end of the Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street, around 10 minutes walk to the 24hr Donki shop. Room a little bit small but its nice and clean. However, the decorations wont gives any excitement to the fans. Only a feature wall with the character printed on it and all other parts just regular fixtures. Beddings, and towels etc are all white only. The room key-card printed with your name is the best part. Problems: Room WiFi speed is a bit too slow. And the room and corridor still filled with the smell of the new paints and decorations which might cause some health problem to the visitors. Another big issue is the hotel dont have parking and you need to park your car at the parking site nearby.

Location of the hotel is very good for dining & shopping. Even though hotel is close to monrail station, it is relatively silent. Staff is nice & helpful. Amazingly, hotel served seasonal free Okinawa draft beer for guests during 22:30 - 24:00.

For the price which is not expensive I stayed in better hotels before, I expected a certain level for the price being paid no more, no less. The room walls were all dirty, the staff at the front too intrusive for my taste (I like privacy)
