I went downstairs to stay another night because I’m homeless and the price was decent based off the donations in my life- the night clerk told me the same price and to come back in the morning- the day staff charged me almost $20 more. It’s not worth the same price as other places for that price. Don’t waste your time purchasing another night there. The A/C barely works and make sure you have your own stuff.

They tried to charge me $20 to stay an extra hour when the sign said it was $10. They also made me pay a $50 deposit after checking in.

Couldn't find the place and no address. When i called them they didn't give me the address. Hotel pomona is not the name of the hotel. Had to loop it up it up on the internet,

The hotel looks like it was recently painted and the room was clean. The hotel is not in the best area, homeless hang out at the Jack in the Box next door and the doors and windows don't seal completely, so you hear everything going on outside. There are several convenience stores nearby and restaurants within walking distance. Overall ok

For the price, you get what you paid for. When we arrived, a woman was passed out in front of the check-in window. She honestly looked dead, it was pretty horrifying. If I had my children with me, there is absolutely no way I would have stayed here. The outside has been repainted and updated, and the floors are at least not carpet so they didnt feel grody, but everything else-the bedding, furniture, fixtures...all in bad shape. It truly looks like a hotel people come to either have women of the night, or shoot up drugs. I would not recommend for families.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in enough hotels to be able to compared. We came in, gave our information to the manager, who might possibly be the owner, and right away he told us he did not agreed we the price we paid. We were super confused because he wanted us to pay about $60 more than what our original price was. He was very rude and said to talk to customer service because he would not allowed us to stay there unless we paid the difference. I was on the phone for almost two hours trying to sort things out, when the man kept insisting on getting that extra money the Expedia supervisor let the manager know that if he wouldn’t accept our price then we wanted a full refund and we would go pay somewhere else. The manager then changed his mind and said that it was fine then, that he would keep the price we originally paid for. When we got our key, just ONE key, our room door was already opened. We asked why and the lady said that she had just mopped. I’ve have never seen such a dirty mop before. The room was terrible, the sheets looked used, the drawers were broken, the bathroom door would not close. We stayed one night out of our two nights because of how disgusted we were. Then there was this guy that would not stop staring at us the entire time, made both me and my fiancé very uncomfortable. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I booked online and when I went to check in the rude woman in front, who i could hardly understand, tells me she could not honor my reservation because it was too "cheap" and wanted to charge me over $95 for a room. Expedia had to call to confirm to cancel my reservation on their end. I went back in to make sure i wasnt going to be charged and the woman insisted i was but i needed to pay the 30 something additional plus tax to get my room key. She kept pushing the issue. I ended up at a Motel 6 down the way nicer and cheaper! Good thing i found the room otherwise my whole plans would have been blown!

The rooms were disgusting, dirty, wreaked of cigarette smoke and had an ash tray in the room they assigned us even after I specifically said we need a clean, non-smoking room. I have horrible asthma and very delicate lungs and I have a child with me! The man was aggressively trying to give me another room and I said no. We are moving on. He also asked me for cash for my son’s ESA dog. Also we are moving out of state and I have a trailer hitched to my Jeep. The man said I should unhook the trailer to fit my Jeep into his parking lot. That’s insane! It’s a couple thousand pounds of stuff! How would we get the trailer back onto the hitch? U-haul specially said do not remove it. Normally hotels charge that on a card. I would like my money back. This was extremely stressful.

The hotel was booked for one of our employees as he was doing work in that area. The reviews were misleading for this hotel. His room was full of cockroaches, there was thieve, prostitution, security guards yelling at people all night long, zip ties for handles on the dresser, people grinding down locks, etc. It was a very unsafe and dirty place to stay.

First of all the room smelled like pure cigarette smoke. There was even an ashtray in the room and cigarette burns on the bedspread. I went to complain I didn’t want a smoking room and was told it was a non-smoking room. Yeah, whatever. It took hours with the windows open and spraying tons of air freshener to somewhat get the smell out but it barely worked. I was on the top floor and the cheap wooden floor was weird and wobbly like it was breaking. The room was dirty and dusty. The headboard of the bed had tons of graffiti carved into it. The bathroom was totally dirty and there was hair everywhere. There was no soap! None! The bathroom window was broken and wouldn’t shut properly. Most importantly the area around the motel has a serious drug problem! I had to call the police twice because the motel overlooks a public parking lot that is frequently used by drug addicts. They openly smoke meth and do lord knows what. I don’t want to be near that. People even do drugs openly out in the street. There’s all kinds of scary people in this neighborhood. I am never going back. I don’t care how cheap the room is.

The first room I was given had visible dust around and a nasty tub. I went to the office told them it was dirty. They gave me another room. While I was moving from one room to the next a lady who must have been the housekeeper came out demanding to know what was dirty about the room very loudly. When I showed her she said something about not cleaning it every day if there isn't someone staying there. The second room they gave me wasn't much better. See the pictures I'm posting with this review to get an idea of how dirty and messed up the room was. Don't stay at this place. Find something else. The low price doesn't make up for the state of the rooms or the rude people like the housekeeper mentioned above.

Extremely rude costumer service. Wouldn’t let us buy an extra room when there was clearly available rooms.
