Bathrooms dirty and sink clogged, honestly an outstanding stay otherwise.

The room was nice, parked right out front of our door. Staff was friendly and helpful❤️

The fire alarm in my room beeped every 90 seconds. When I mentioned it the next morning the woman basically said too bad. When I asked for some type of credit as I was kept awake most of the night I was told too bad Never stay again

It was alright, staff was nice. Room was unexpectedly not that clean. There was a used toilet paper roll when walked in. The beds were extremely small and the fridge was moldy.

Cozy and clean place.

The room was clean. Neighbors were nosey. The girl at the front desk was rude and asked invasive and personal questions. Front desk called me numerous times on my way there from 4 states away to keep asking when I would be there. Reservation said payment upon arrival. They called back to get payment before we arrived. The room had a weird smell.

Bugs in room. Sheets were stained/dirty. We had to keep swinging at little bugs flying in room. We were so tired we stayed in our clothes and slept on top of bedding. My kids would not get in the sheets because of stains. Definitely needs to b updated. Especially for the price we paid

Quiet , close to shopping , nice staff

Me and my girlfriend stayed for two nights. We were very happy with the host, they were very accommodating. We will be staying here again in the future.

No phones in room. No front desk after 8pm Door shut before I could grab it...my phone, my inhaler and my wallet were locked inside. Had to call 911 and was an hour or more before someone could come and let me into my room. Awful experience. Room was clean.

Staff close to rude on check-in. Would not consider my request for a quieter room away from office though a vacancy sign was up the entire length of my six night stay. Staff did empty the trash and give me fresh towels. The in room coffee was an inexpensive brand. It quite drinkable … the bed was comfortable, the room clean but very small. I would have run into the open bathroom door (which could not be completely opened) if I didn’t get out of bed on the far side. I travel a great deal and this motel was (in my opinion) inferior.

"I recently stayed at Saco River Lodge and Suites and wanted to share my feedback. While the location had potential, there were some challenges during my stay. Firstly, I encountered a small rodent in my room, which was unexpected and quite concerning. Additionally, I found the manager's attitude a bit disappointing; their demeanor seemed rather rude. Unfortunately, these factors led to us deciding not to stay the night. Furthermore, we were unable to discuss our concerns in person since the office was closed. This left us feeling somewhat stranded and without a clear channel to address our issues. Regrettably, our experience was such that we couldn't proceed with our stay after a long 3-hour drive. What was additionally disappointing was the fact that despite the situation, the cost of the room was not refunded. This added to our disappointment as we were hoping for some resolution considering the circumstances. I understand that circumstances can be challenging and that there might be reasons beyond immediate control, but I did find these aspects of my stay to be less than ideal. A more open line of communication, even after hours, and a proactive approach to addressing unexpected situations would have gone a long way in making our stay more comfortable. I hope this feedback can contribute to improvements for future guests."

Our trip was ok at best stayed at this hotel 3 times in the padt this time it was terrible beds were very uncomfortable room was dirty the flters in all 4 air-conditioners were full of dust like they had never been cleaned all of us [6] woke up congested not sure if they changed ownership but very disappointed in our stay

The staff should have been more knowledgeable about the area.. also, interesting placement of the hair dryer.

The room was very small and the beds very uncomfortable. There was no water pressure in the shower and the water took awhile to warm up. The kids enjoyed the playground and the pool. The staff were friendly. They no longer have a Continental breakfast.

What a nice surprise in finding this place to stay. We loved speaking with Vanessa and she shared many great ideas on our next trip to the area. Quiet location, service is great! We'll definitely be back!
