I was given room 127. I had an exhausting day and was looking forward to just relaxing. I had chosen Holiday Inn because the building is relatively new and had good reviews. Upon entry, I put my bag down and sat on the bed and was going to turn on the television. Before placing my phone down and grabbing the remote, I noticed on the night stand what appeared to be something slimy like children's snot or boogers. I immediately went to the bathroom and soaked a hand towel in hot water, and wiped up the entire surface of the night stand. While it was disturbing, I was extremely exhausted and didn't want to call the front desk to complain. Later that evening, while using the bathroom, I noticed bits and pieces of toilet paper scattered all over the floor under the sink. This confirmed to me that this room was most likely not cleaned or cleaned poorly. I checked the sheets on the bed because they looked loose and crinkled. Typically, clean new sheets are tight and have that crisp look. Again, I was extremely tired and did not feel like calling the front desk. Sure I probably could have received another room, but what are the chances it was any better. I am not a whistle blower and I understand that mistakes happen. Under the circumstances, I just needed to rest and the room provided that. However, I'm unsure if Ill ever stay at another Holiday Inn in the future.

This is the nicest hotel we have stayed in for our whole trip staff was exceptional the room was amazing breakfast was great and your new coffee machine are the greatest thank for your help finding a wonderful Italian restaurant close by all in all our stay was amazing definitely will recommend this place

It was comfortable and the room was nice. Plenty of pillow choices and extra blankets! I do think it could be better as far as cleanliness.

We stayed overnight on Saturday, October 5th for a quick weekend getaway. We were offered a room upgrade at no extra charge, which was very nice. The room was very clean and roomy. The only thing that could have been better was the pull out couch mattress. The mattress was very thin, so the springs were not cushioned at all making it uncomfortable. It worked out fine though. Also, the pool was not heated, so it was very cold to swim in. That didn’t stop the kids from having fun still. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location is great, however, the AC was making noise so maintenance came to fix it. The AC filter was dirty and was not changed - change 4 times a year. The bath tub was in poor shape, rusty, two large spots that had been worn down and maybe poor repaired

Upon arriving for check-in, we were greeted warmly by the front desk. They recommended a restaurant that turned out to be 5-star! The room was stunning and clean. Complimentary breakfast was exceptional! Will stay here again!

Stay was wonderful with excellent service! Great room and very modern. Only complaint is that the carpet was stained in many places and one piece of furniture was stained.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The coffee was available 24/7 in the breakfast area. You could get a freshly brewed cup at any time.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room was ok except the carpet hadn't been vacuumed and the door for adjoining rooms was unlocked ( I did lock it when I arrived). The pipes for the shower squealed, the alarm clock in the room next door started going off about 5:30am and didn't stop for almost 3 hours. I could hear the man in the next room snoring loudly. I would have preferred a room that wasn't meant for to adjoin as I was traveling alone and it made me feel slightly uncomfortable. The hotel itself is clean and easy to find all amenities. I didn't report any of my issues to the staff as I was staying only one night and didn't feel it necessary to change rooms for one night. I would suggest that the maid service check the alarm clocks when cleaning the rooms to make sure they are turned off when guests leave. I would stay again but would probably request a room without the adjoining door.

our room was not ready 45 minutes after check in time, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Our toilet seat was broken and the carpet was very dirty. There was very little fruit options at breakfast and overall not a great breakfast. Refrigerator was tiny with no freezer. Overall was not impressed

Beautifully updated & suite with balcony… had to request coffee maker…high whine sound in bathroom was bad… staff said it had been there for a while… no,,. Not acceptable…
Loved the suite with balcony…, breakfast ok, noisy kids in breakfast area…… what to do… parents should be aware olders do not want to hear the whining, grunting, etc…teach your kids manners before traveling…sorry not sorry,,,
