Great place to stay, and Barcelona is an easy train ride.

It exceeded my expectations

THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING. Hotels.com refuses to make them fix the listing. It’s installed but centrally controlled, only works in the corridors and reception, and is NEVER ON in the rooms. It’s been like that for a year. The hotel’s advertised as non-smoking but makes you pay MORE for a non-smoking room. Location is perfect, hotel is very clean. However this trip the room I was put in stank of mold and sewage. Someone from the front desk came up to confirm it when I insisted I couldn’t stay in the room. She explained everything to her colleague Javar who refused to change my room even though she told him I hadn’t used it, it was unsafe, and other rooms were available. Just checking email for 5 mins gave me a headache the fumes were so bad! Javar lied about EVERYTHING. He tried to extort me by refusing to assign another room or issue a refund, basically telling me to leave and lose my money. It took an hour to get him to assign a new room, which in the end took less than 2 minutes for him to do. Two days later, the managers finally on duty didn’t care and had no interest in even writing down the room number because Javar hadn’t. Assistant Manager Alexandra finally came out of her office and was the only one who seemed to take anything seriously. This was a horrible experience. They don’t care because it’s an airport hotel mostly frequented by tourists. Lying about having air conditioning where it’s 28-30C is NOT ok. Aside from that, it’s a great well-kept hotel

It was ok what we get for this price. Room service and clean towel daily could be improved In this price.

On edge of old part city. Large room. Can unload outside but have to move car to nearby car park.

The location was good. Convenient parking near by. Basic but comfortable room. Check in was restricted to certain hours and required a telephone call.

Excellent service. Very nice receptionist. Easy to check in and out. Very comfortable bed, good kitchen and kitchen supplies (ability to make coffee!). Shower was a little small and hard to close door so the water went on the floor. Laundry machine was great to have but there was mold in the part where you put the detergent, however all in all, was perfect location and nice spacious apartment for our stay.
